On time, on budget, and Rob worked in with my renovation schedule. Expert personalised advice, and a careful professional installation at a very competitive price. I have used other companies on my previous solar PV installations and SolarEze is by far the best. Jen and Rob at SolarEze delivered exactly what I wanted. Coolangatta QLD.

The team at SolarEZE deserve 5 stars. Please note that I have only given four stars for the quality of the system and value for money as we only had the system installed a week ago, so have not been able to make an informed decision yet. However, the specs look good at this stage and the system is pumping out the KWs. I particularly like the phone app. Back to SolarEZE. Lindy at the office explained everything in detail and provided all that information on paper. Rob and the team were efficient, professional and friendly. Rob explained everything after the system was installed. We went for a large number of panels and a 12 WK battery system. There are only two of us and in Sep we are producing around 50+KW per day and only using around 12 KW. The remainder goes into the battery (of which we use around 5KW each night) and the rest feeds into the grid for a small feed in tariff. Can't wait for summer when the production increases and we can run a/c without the big bills. I highly recommend checking out SolarEZE if you are looking for a panel (and battery) system.

After researching and gathering four quotes, I decided to trust my install to SolarEZE. I was not let down. From first contact, Lindy provided an exceptional service - she is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions in a friendly and respectful manner. Lindy offered very competitive pricing with no hidden fees. No deposit was required - payment was made on completion of install. Rob and his team were professional, efficient, consultative, friendly, tidy and clean. They took away the old system, installed the new system and installed bird proofing. Rob ensured that the system was working and showed us how to monitor the system via the app. I highly recommend this amazing team.

Had panels installed back in February, and just had the batteries put in yesterday. Rob and his team were brilliant each time.

We recently had a solar system installed by SolarEze, and our experience was great. As first-time users, we were quite apprehensive about the entire process, but Jen Hart, their sales consultant, was fantastic during the first phone call, guiding us through all the steps and carefully assessing our needs. She provided detailed information that was incredibly useful without overwhelming us with constant emails and phone calls. We appreciated having the time to do our homework and gauge the market at our own pace. The installation team, led by Rob Scott, was equally impressive. They efficiently decommissioned our old system and expertly installed the new one. Rob even took the initiative to clean out a pigeon nest he discovered on our roof before proceeding with the installation. His willingness to address all our queries, including helping us set timers for our water heater, was greatly appreciated. While we have yet to experience the system's performance, the initial consultation and installation process were handled professionally and smoothly.

Starting from Jen who was awesome throughout the sales/design process and Rob is a leader who is doing an awesome job with his team. Gets his hands dirty to make sure things are installed correctly and the boys were also great. Did a very neat and clean job. They were very reasonably priced compared to the online solar scammers who outsource their installations. Highly recommended. Installed New 15KW Sungrow 3Ph hybrid inverter with 19.95kw of Jinko panels.

SolarEze were amazing to work with. Jen was only to happy to answer all my questions, Rob and his team did a great job with the install and worked with me while having my roof painted, by putting the brackets on before ,then completing install after painting done. Would recommend to anyone wanting Solar.

Nothing but great things to say about my experience with Solareze, Jen was very helping during the quoting phase fielding all my questions and handful of calls. Rob and his team on the day of installation was awesome, prompt arrival and installation was quick and the setup of the Sungrow inverter on the wifi and client app was a breeze. Would recommend this team to anyone.

When Jen came over to discuss a quote, she got out a sheet of paper and asked me a ton of questions about energy use, appliances, power costs and did the math right in front of us for multiple scenarios. She took the time to discuss different brands, and answered my many follow up questions. They weren't the cheapest, but I could tell they really stood behind what the did and I trusted them with my installation. They did not disappoint. Nearly 6 months on and the system is working great!

Solar Eze installed a 13kw system on our high set home in Brisbane for a very good result. The pre sale, quoting, consultation before during and after was very good. One of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Jen was nothing but super helpful and patient with my questions and walking me through the options. Once I decided on a package, I was booked in for install within 2 days of accepting the keys to my new property. The install team were prompt and completed in a few hours. Rob was extremely professional and followed-up to ensure the paperwork went through to the correct provider. Can't recommend them enough!

I've had my panels for two years now so not just an installation review. Rob and his crew were timely and professional. Their range of products is very good. They set up the app for me. Their first service is free and he's a man of his word. After about a year I decided to get bird wire installed (pigeons) and he arranged that also. This is a very good company that backs up it's products. I've had no problems.
