What can I say about Jeff & his team. I will start by saying working with Jeff in my divorce case lifted a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Not only did he work my case, but also gave me great recommendations & legal advice. On our initial phone meeting, we spoke in detail about everything down to the smallest details. I am a person who likes order & needs to know how things are working together…He ensured me he would do everything in his power to get the evidence I needed to win my case. Even though we were complete strangers, I knew he was someone that I could put my trust in, by the way he pours into his passion. Once I paid my retainer I went on about my life as normal as I could & let him have it. I got frequent updates, with pictures and whatever else I needed to see to put me at ease. Jeff kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. He is someone you can speak your mind to honestly (please do lol) & let him know how satisfied/or not about your process. He will tailor his plan to fit your needs, if necessary. Jeff is not cheap by far, but like they say you get what you pay for. Get your ducks in a row first with your case to present everything you have to Jeff, to save you time and money. This also makes his job easier & more clear on the goals needed to be met. This job is not for the weak & is very time consuming, but I really appreciate the level of dedication Jeff & his team had for my case. He helped me win my case & walk away with more than I could’ve imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jeff was great to work with. Very responsive at all times. He helped navigate me through the process all the way. He was able to get the information I needed within a matter of 3 days. Then continued to gather information to solidify the matter. Not having used a PI before he was very good at describing the process and handling the delivery of difficult news. I would 100% recommend him.

- I contacted Mr. Means about doing a background check - He sent me data that looked ambiguous - One email contained codes, symbols, and abbreviations - Another email looked like hundreds of random names - I asked if he would review the data with me - He stated he would not - In a text, he wrote… “you are very difficult” - He later apologized and stated... “I don’t usually deal with clients that way” - He then sent me a “cancellation” message - I didn't have a good experience with Sound Mind Investigations
