Brent was so helpful from the beginning of looking at our roof, filing the insurance claim, and working with the adjuster. Our completed roof is wonderful, we have gotten many positive comments on it. Brent and even his boss was there during the roof being put on to be sure it was right. I would highly recommend

SR&R helped us get a new roof with no trouble. Elijah was super helpful in walking us through the process with them and insurance. He was very upfront if there was something he didn’t know he would get the correct answer rather than just guessing and telling us what we wanted to hear. At the end of the day they made sure we were happy and taken care of the entire way through the process.

Door to door soliciting becomes rude and argumentative instead of taking NO for an answer. 10/10 would not recommend. Derek swope is the name on the card that was left.

Left my roof damaged and continue to ignore
I am current active duty deployed. Southern Roofing and Renovations came out to inspect my home Nov 2023, after the major tornado we had in the area. Southern Roofing and Renovations stated that I had roof damage, and I needed to call my insurance ASAP to make a claim. Southern Roofing and Renovations reassured me that they would win my roof, easy. I called my insurance and made a claim. The adjuster came out the house and did an inspection and, in this report, stated that there was no roof damage. I emailed all of my documents to southern roofing and renovations and was told again that Southern Roofing and Renovation would win my roof and not to worry. "The Allstate adjuster was just a snake in the grass", the Southern Roofing rep stated. Following the adjuster's inspection, Southern Roofing and Renovation came to my home and removed shingles off my roof without the insurance authorizing it. I have tried for weeks to communicate and voice my concern with Southern Roofing and renovations. I spoke with the management to try and come to an agreement with the company since my roof was damaged by Southern Roofing and Renovations and needs to be fixed. I have continuously been ignored. Southern Roofing and Renovations damaged my roof and ignore to do the right thing.

Jeremy Owens did a great job to make sure my experience with SR&R was a good one! He worked really hard to satisfy our needs by first working with us to see if we qualified with our insurance to replace the roof and then making sure that the repair that was needed was done professionally and very well. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Roof is fine, looks fine. It's the culture of the company that's poor. We had a nasty hail storm with baseball sized hail. Naturally, the next day the street was crawling with roofing contractors looking for easy money. It is what it is. I spoke to several contractors that day. Got a few different quotes. When I told SRNR I was planning to go with another company who offered literally the same products and package for $3K cheaper, they threatened litigation. I can't afford to hire a lawyer to prove what should be an obvious point, so was left with little option. Then on day of construction, they covered the pool in our backyard, but the pump to the pool died after running all season with zero issue. Pump was only 2 years old. What a strange coincidence! Insisted they didn't use the power source at the pool, but their air pigs were next to the pool all day. And things were unplugged when I got home from work. Also trampled the bushes in the front. There's plenty of other contractors. Choose one of them.

Kevin (Mikey) did an amazing job managing the whole process. He fought our insurance company for 5 months to get us the best outcome possible, taking the initial offer of 4000 for labor on repairs and a square of shingles to a full roof replacement on the main house and our guest house. Southern got the job done!

Mike at SR&R was great to work with. He was honest and dependable and everything was handled as he told me it would. The roofing job looks stellar and was done on one day. If you are in the Nashville area I would recommend Mike and SR&R for any roofing needs.
