I had the absolute pleasure of having my 80 year old pine floors restored and refinished by Sparkle! I never thought I’d say that statement until I met this professional caring team compiled of Chris, Wendy and Marvin. They were courteous, friendly, very conscientious, quick and punctual. Their state of the art dustless sander was truly that, Marvin is an absolute creative artist making my floors look like vintage new, keeping its character! I highly recommend Sparkle Flooring over any other company 👍🏻👍🏻😊

New year accident with candle wax on swivel chair and ottoman, called Wendy and Chris came out next day. Never thought he could get all the wax out but he did both chair and ottoman look like new , can’t thank them enough. Will use them for now on.

Gorgeous Cherry floor refinish job: Wendy was very responsive and promptly returned my call for an estimate. Due to a refrigerator malfunction we had previously replaced some of our original wood floors. Although the wood was sourced from same supplier there was a difference in the factory finish. Chris and Wendy provided a detailed estimate for completely refinishing the floors. Marvin arrived promptly each day and worked diligently to remove the original factory finish, a ceramic coating that made it no easy task. The area was left clean and free of debris at the end of each workday. We are very happy we choose Sparkle Surface Care, not only for their extensive knowledge about the entire process, and the professionalism that they exhibited each day on the job, but also as they use a water base sealant (whey based) which is non toxic and environmentally friendly. Our floors look beautiful.

I cannot thank the Sparkle Surface care team enough. They came in after another company tried to refinish my hardwood floors, and failed miserably. Wendy, Marvin, and Chris immediately put me at ease through their thorough description of the job, how it should have been done, and how they planned to fix it. Although it was an unfortunate situation that brought me to them, I am so incredibly glad I found them! I wish we could have used them from the start, but I couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out. Thank you so much!

We have used Sparkle Shine to clean our indoor tile floor ( in particular the grout) as well as our out door pavers and our screened porch including the furniture. In each instance everything was beyond our expectation. They are now a part of our annual spring cleaning. They come on time, work efficiently and charge a fair price for a great performance.

I manage a high-rise condominium. We needed the two large sofas in the lobby to be cleaned after someone spilled an unknown substance on one and stained it. They were able to remove most of the stain, and put on a fabric protectant to prevent future stains.

We have used Sparkle/Classic Services for years. Chris and Wendy are always professional and we trust that they care and will do a great job. Our area rugs have always looked like new when they are done. They also have sealed and polished our granite counter tops. They provide excellent services and are very nice people.

Excellent results, reliable company to do business with, will use them for their other services besides carpet cleaning. They come highly recommended

Would highly recommend Sparkle Surface Care! Wendy was great on the phone answering questions and set up a quick time to have the team come out to out clean out 840 square feet of carpet. The two gentlemen were both incredibly nice and worked really hard to bring the carpets back to life for us. They kept us updated about what was happening what to expect during the process and after. We will definitely be coming back again, thank you Sparkle Surface Care!

We've used Sparkle twice now, once for our carpets, and another for our tile floors (the grout was filthy and it came up great!). Both experiences were great...Wendy and the team we're easy to coordinate with, accommodated our schedules we'll, and the crew was pleasant and did a great job on our floors. We will continue to use them and because of the positive experiences, consider them if we decide to refinish our hardwood floors.

Sparkle did our tile floors and cleaned our carpets. They did an AMAZING job. I was honestly not expecting the floors to come out as good as they did. I wish I could post the before and after photos. They were a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Sparkle Surface Care were informative, very detailed and professional about how they clean carpets. Our 80yr old oriental rug responded beautifully to their cleaning solution as did our kitchen oriental. Sparkle is cost effective and honest in their approach to cleaning rugs. Highly recommend them!
