Really didn't think I needed to do this but, I had the most awful experience with spark. I was offered a job followed all directions and requests. Went to orientation and this is where everything turned . Apparently this company never had me in the system. When asking them they said it's not their deal u have to speak with spark, ok I speak with spark jump through some more hoops . MIND YOU here I am ready willing and able to work, my work ethic is awesome no reason I should have to go through this. So they said I would start beginning of the new year. I call a few days later the recruiter I was working with was fired. And now all of a sudden I'm no longer bring hired smh. Mind-blowing. Mind you this all took about a month. Passed up 2 jobs and now I'm back looking. Smh
