Highly recommend the CCW class! Friendly, very informative, great instructor that did not make me feel intimidated or overwhelmed. I suggest if you are considering taking the class that you go through Spartan. I met both instructors and you will not be disappointed!

We went here after having a horrible experience at Bass Pro and I’m so happy we went. The staff were courteous, professional and eager for our business. Chance and Paige were fast and competent and very helpful. Will definitely use this business repeatedly for all our firearms and ammo needs.

Great customer service! I was assisted by Page , and she was very kind and knowledgeable and funny, made the process less intimidating, as I was a little nervous . After passing my background check , and to pick up the weapon I was assisted by John. He was great. Very informative and resourceful, he took the time to show me how to properly use the gun, and provided advice on keeping it safe in my home. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing with Spartan Arms , and will return.

I stopped by Spartan Arms on October 2nd, 2024, and I know absolutely nothing when it comes to guns. I’ve never held a gun, or fired a gun, I know nothing about the parts and mechanics of a gun—complete newb. I was greeted by Paige when I walked in, and she was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I was told the background check would take 1-3 days, and I was called in under 10 minutes that I was cleared and could pick up my first gun. I’m still hyper and shaking from my first purchase. Everyone even the shoppers were so poised and chill. I came in so amped I accidentally cut in front of everyone, and no one even said anything (I got myself straight a moment later, lol). If you are a novice and know nothing about guns, you need to get exposed and start learning about this, especially given the uncertain climate we are in now. I did a lot of research, and my friend recommended Spartan Arms, so now I can personally recommend someone to start here if you’re new like me too. I bought the Springfield Echelon handgun, and as soon as I held it, I knew this was the one. Garrett chimed in and told me it was his favorite too, and even advised me on how to properly present and prepare for the classes I’ll be taking soon. This is how the gun scene should be, conversational, simple, open, and humble. I put this off for many years, and I constantly hesitated starting my journey into getting a gun and educating myself. Even beyond Spartan Arms, if you’re hesitant, I deeply encourage you TO DO SOMETHING to arm and educate yourself given the times we live in. I signed up for the Spartan Arms handgun tutorial and their CCW course, so I will be posting again in a few months. - Karn ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2nd, 2024 I took the Spartan Arms Handgun Course with Chance Knoblauch, and I'm going to try to take his CCW course coming this December. He gave a wealth of information, was patient, let me use his equipment for the rental, and was very welcoming of novices into the gun community. I have a list of things to get and an even bigger list of questions to ask the next time I see him. If you know nothing about guns and firing guns (like me), it helps a lot to take classes not to just learn part of the gun, technique, stance, and shooting, but the more nuanced things with guns. This was my first experience, and I was told the gun community can be a bit egoic and rude to people who are not experienced/military, but I still encourage people, especially given the current climate, to get into guns and know how to use guns. ★★★ Info on Annie Oakley Women's Shooting Program ★★★ ★!★!★! There is a Women's Shooting class that is free, ammo and everything provided, every Tuesday at 6:30-9PM at the Clark County Shooting Complex. Please tell the interested women in your lives about this, as everyone need to be savvy with guns, and women confident and ready to protect themselves from creeps and scumbags. Refer to the attachment below for more information on the Annie Oakley Women's Shooting Class. Do not disrespect this resource and opportunity for our women, and be a male "identifying" as a woman to exploit this. I've been a customer for years, excellent products, and excellent service provided by the sales team. The gunsmith is competent and has made repairs on quite a few of my projects. They have good layaway terms for their firearms, and their used wall has some variety to it. I will continue to trust them as my go-to gun store here in the valley.
