Worst of the worst !!! Took our Oven on Friday. No communication for two days. Then I had to call and enquire, only to know that the technician who took the Oven was on leave. Then another person said he quit the job. I asked to return it. They said ok. Again no response. When called that evening they said it was being serviced and would be returned the next day morning. Then the next day morning same technician who took the Oven (god knows how he came back) said it was some other oven that got serviced and not ours. We got so frustrated and asked to return it immediately. Then again no response. When called and asked he said he was at break and would take his own time. Then after insisting, some other gentleman took the pain to come and return. Now we still have the Oven unserviced. All that happened was 5days had gone waste. All we got to know from this agency was lies...lies...and only lies and utter mis communication! And the worst part is Whirlpool is outsourcing their service to this agency...their customer care is even dumber than these guys !
