We had dinner here once in 2023 and loved it. The food and service was excellent. We returned in 2024 on our first night and again loved it however we went again on our final night and it was disappointing. The service was slow and the food below par. The seafood soup was too salty, the butternut curry was bland, the pork tough and the cod very greasy. The staff were lovely as usual but perhaps it was a different chef working on our second visit. It was like a different experience all together. Had it been like this on our first night I wouldn't have gone back a second time. A real shame.

Welche Wohltat in der Altstadt von Albufeira. Sehr gute Qualität, nette Bedienung, faire Preise in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Das beste und wohl einzige Qualitäts-Restaurant in einer leider verstörenden Briten-Party-Hochburg, die einen fassungslos zurücklässt.

En riktigt bra restaurang, lite gömd på en bakgata men klart värt ett besök om man är villig att betala något lite extra för kvalitet och trevligt bemötande.

This year (2024) was our 4th visit since it opened and it is still an amazing restaurant to visit, the food is beautifully prepared and very very tasty and the service is top notch but and I hate to give a but as much as we love going here when we visit Albufeira we are disappointed that in the 4 years the menu has not changed, now not being an owner or had any experience of running a restaurant I understand that the success the restaurant has why change the menu but I myself am a fussy eater and would like another choice as I only love the fillet steak which is sublime. Another issue I have is that when we visited it was a Saturday night and we had booked earlier, which is strongly recommended if you want a great experience but I suffer from tinnitus and we were placed in a corner and as the evening went on and the room filled up the noise level from everyone chatting became very painfull for me to the point that we had to leave before we could sample the deserts. This is not a criticism of the restaurant we should have booked an evening maybe midweek when it would possibly be less busy.

Excellent food and a great ambience.Had a lovely Steak on our last night to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Lovely food great service, I enjoyed the prawns with monkfish and rice in a creamy sauce, finished off with bread pudding beautiful

Lovely fine dining experience in Albufueria. Highly recommend booking in advance as there was a queue outside as the night went on. Monkfish dish was generous portion size. Everyone spoke highly of the key lime pie also!
