After yet another Teams call lost connection I reached out to Dan in a desperate attempt to get some decent wifi signal upstairs in our house in Cottingham. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The new system was up and running in no time. We used his visit as an opportunity to enquire about CCTV options and were sold on his knowledge and enthusiasm.
Great guy, top service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had a problem with the outside alarm box continuously going off over the weekend. Dan was recommended to us, gave him a ring Monday morning and he came that afternoon to sort the problem out.

From logging the problem at 6:50pm Tues to resolution by 4pm the next day (I let him have his nights sleep otherwise I’m pretty sure it would’ve been only a couple of hours!).

After a power cut wiped out our internet and doorbell we ended up calling Dan to come and sort it all out once and for all. We had tried KC and other tech experts to no avail. Dan arrived with his recommended products, knowledge and expertise and we are now up and running again. Highly recommended.

Called this company to get non functioning existing system working. The system was fitted by another installer who had since ceased trading. Thought they might not want to get involved, but they came and sorted everything in an hour and a half.

An outstanding service from a great bloke. After having our home broken into .....rear door blowtorched, we decided to have CCTV fitted. We went with Dan after our neighbour used him to have his CCTV fitted and we were impressed with the whole set up. Can honestly say the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Dan knows his stuff and set us up with a fantastic package at a great price. All in all I would recommend him to absolutely anyone and already have. The service he provides, knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. We are 100% happy and appreciate everything Dan has done as this guy goes the extra mile. Thanks Dan.

Dan @ Cottingham CCTV was amazing from start to finish, we don’t write reviews often but after a lot of research Dan is the only AJAX approved installer (local) and from free quotation to product demonstration the process was easy! No pressure at all to buy and didn’t sell us anything we didn’t need. Within a couple of days our home is now fully protected with the best in the business. 5 star 🌟
No monthly fees either no wires to speak off easy to use and very modern and affordable!

From first reaching out to installation we had the whole thing completed in a few days. Really happy with the system. Very sleek and modern looking. Easy to operate through the app. The installation was done efficiently and Dan is very knowledgable and friendly. He was great with the kids when they were asking him hundreds of questions about what he was doing.
