Hi, I am receiving weekly treatments for my back and neck for over three months now. I was in major pain when I started but step by step I am getting better! Dr B has been taking care of me and I completely trust his expertise. This is a perfect place to heal. His team is professional and extremely helpful. I can highly recommend New Life Chiropractic.

I just went in for an initial assessment. I was greeted warmly by all staff. They took me in right away and I didn’t have to wait. A lot of things were involved in the assessment and it was conducted professionally, smoothly and I didn’t have to wait. They were very organized and my comfort was a priority.

Excellent and capable doctor and staff. Will definitely be my go-to wellness clinic. Only negative comment: Sometimes the music is a little too loud and aggressive, not always conducive to a calm healing mind set

I arrived this morning to their location in Grimsby and made a 7am appt. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and then proceeded to show me what happens in their clinic. It was a very high tech, beautiful facility and I was very intrigued. I was brought in a room to complete my questionnaire and then I was greeted by a young lady named Gabby who went over my paperwork and asked questions. I went into another room where other tests were done with gabby then I was introduced to Dr. Matt Barden who completed the rest of the tests which were X-rays. Dr Barden was kind and seems very passionate about what he does and I look forward to speaking with him about my results and working together to find a goal to help with my current goals in achieving a healthy back and posture pain free! Oh did I tell you it was a $49.00 introductory fee?? Best bang for your buck so I would make that appointment before it ends!! You won’t be disappointed !!!

The staff and Chiropractors at New Life are amazing. They genuinely care so much about what they do and it shows. I'm so grateful I went with them. From the indepth assessments to the treatment process, it is so well explained. Thank you so much, New Life!

Excellent help, especially through our auto accident.

I stumbled across this company by accident, or was it more of a divine intervention? Probably more of the latter thinking back! I had a motor vehicle accident on Sept. 2nd and was in a lot of pain from that. I just happened to be nearby with my small dog, walking her. I decided to pop in and to see what services the clinic offered. Even from my first interactions with the staff, they all seemed to be very professional which impressed me! They also immediately showed compassion for what I had gone through, and agreed to reach out to my insurance company to get me started with an assessment and a treatment plan. I saw the chiropractor known as Dr. B (because there are TWO Matthews there, so he is known as Dr. B to identify which one he is!). The assessment was state-of-the art and very thorough, including x-rays, and thermographic images of my neck and spine to detect heat and inflammation. I am in agony most days from my injuries. So feeling like I am in good hands is critical to me. All I can say to sum up with is BRAVO!! You guys have a beautiful clinic which is welcoming and well designed. The staff are excellent as well. I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment next week where the results of the tests and x-rays will be discussed, as well as the treatment plan they will have designed for me! The name New Life seems to be quite well chosen... I hope they can breathe some New Life into my damaged skeleton of tissue and bones and put a smile back on my face. I'm sure they will try at least!

I was referred by a friend. From initially booking to the end of my first appointment , the staff is very friendly & professional. They guided you through process and followed up by email sending pertinent information that explained what the next steps are in the process, including a video making a new patient feel welcome and familiar visually with the office & staff they will be meeting.

This is a modern approach to Chiropracty. Friendly staff, efficient systems and processes and Dr B is great. They all inform and educate so you understand. Highly recommended.
