Keith personally answered my call and very politely and patiently helped me with information to resolve a problem with my adjustable beds. I am truly impressed with his concern for me as a customer and the time he spent with explaining the information he gave me. I very highly recommend Genesis Warranty Solutions and Keith Crenshaw for parts and helping with repair solutions.

Keith was knowledgeable and so confident at first I just had to trust him. His competence was evident in the product information but I was skeptical regardless. I don’t do reviews unless I get impressed and that’s exactly what happened. The product came in on time and worked exactly the way Keith described. Keith was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as we work through the issue with my Sleep Number Bed. It turned out a couple things had broken, and he was easy to communicate with and got me the parts I needed at a very fair price. I would highly recommend.

Original foot actuator failed and that part has been discontinued. Genesis Warranty Solutions (GWS) had the replacement part and shipped it quickly. We had some minor fitment issues, and Kieth at GWS patiently guided us the simple solution. Part fits and bed works great. GWS has been top notch from ordering to installation. We cannot recommend GWS highly enough, their customer service is without peer.

If I could give more stars, I would. I worked with Keith and not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he was personable and friendly. From the first 30 seconds of the call, I immediately knew my problem was going to be solved. He went out of his way to help. Shipment was very fast, and true to his word, he fixed my problem. If Keith can't help, it probably can't be fixed.

While searching for a company to repair my adjustable bed I came across Genesis Warranty Solutions. I am so happy I did!! I first spoke with Donna we did some troubleshooting but, she said I would need to speak with Keith. I texted Keith and explained what was going on. He was able to tell me exactly what the problem was! They saved me a bunch of money because now I don't have to buy a new base. Keith and Donna thank you for your patience and assisting me with getting my bed working again. Keep up the good work!!

I have a Dreamcloud bed that is out of warranty and the company basically told me I was out of luck. I found Genesis on YouTube and called them about replacing the Richmat motor. Donna asked for pictures so the replacement parts would be correct and very kindly walked me through the process. She had the installation videos emailed to me, which made the whole process super simple. I was dreading it, but it was all very easy and much more cost effective than replacing the bed! Many thanks to Donna and team!

In a week where everything seemed to be going wrong for me, I found a very bright spot when I called Genesis Warranty. I called for help with my adjustable bed which had suddenly quit working. I left a message and thought that would be the last contact I would have with them. Not only did Keith return my call, but when I didnt answer, he left a message and sent a text letting me know that he had tried to get back to me. I called back, Keith answered, asked me to send him photos of the motor and my remote. After receiving my pics, he called me back, walked me through the procedure to do a reset and my bed works again. I thought surely I would have to spend money for parts and the aggravation of having to do the repair work. I am very impressed with Genesis Warranty and Keith's efforts to follow up on my message and with their knowledge and honesty. I will definitely keep their name and number available for future service. Thanks Keith!

I will begin by apologizing for a review I posted a few days ago stating that I had not been contacted by the company, even after leaving 5 voicemails over a 2 week period. I was finally able to locate an email address and upon emailing the company, Keith was back to me within a couple of hours!! I cannot say how relieved I was to get his email, as the need for parts for a senior friend's bed was critical. He quickly arrived at the parts needed; namely a conversion kit, which I agreed to having him ship to a family member in the US, as I was aware that shipping was not available to anyone outside the country. We truly believe all of the positive reviews that we read and cannot say how we support all of those reviews! My friend is very happy to think that he will soon be able to sleep in his bed again.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgable! My sleep number/ Leggett & Platt adjustable base bed broke down and I was having a really hard time finding somebody knowledgeable to diagnose and fix it. I found Genesis Warranty Solutions through an internet search because I was getting rather frustrated dealing with the manufacturer and their referred local repair tech after the issue was ongoing for several weeks and the bed was still not fixed. One 15 min phone call was all it took at Genesis. Not only did they know more than everybody else I talked to including the manufacturer, they also knew the manufacturer very well and through Genesis I was able to get much better service from the manufacturer. Next time I have an issue with my adjustable base bed, I will save myself a lot of time and energy and go straight to Genesis they are the best! Very recommendable!
