Recently had my chimney inspected and a new Chimney Cap fabricated and installed. Lone Star did a very good job and they were very professional and courteous. I have had clients use them also and that is actually how I found out about them... from a referral from one of my clients. Will definitely be using them again and referring them to any clients with chimney or fireplace needs.

Awful experience, they did nothing but make noise with a vacuum cleaner. Later we found out the chimney was still dirty. We will never use them again.

Val came to check on some things with our chimney. He was able to identify and solve the issue really quickly (maybe 30 minutes/same trip)! He was also able to quickly install new logs and a grate for us (we had). He was really friendly and easy to talk with. Answered all of my questions about how to use our fireplace, etc. will call them again for any/all work in the future! Thank you for such great service!

This guys were great. Simon diagnosed the issue with my gas fireplace in about 5 minutes and had me fixed up in about another 10. Will use again for future fireplace issues.

I had a great experience with Lone Star Chimney. They were able to repair and replace the bricks on my chimney and installed a new gas log system earlier this summer. I had Val come back this past week to complete the job with custom made fireplace doors. He took the time to install it properly and walk me through the use and care of my new fireplace! Thank you guys as it looks incredible!

My chimney hadn't been cleaned for 32 years. Val came out and looked at everything, gave me an explanation of all my problems and his solutions for fixing them, and gave me an estimate. It took them a couple of days to get it done because the chemicals had to soak in. Not only was my chimney filthy the fireplace screen was no longer fireproof; the flashing had come off and water was leaking in our attic, the flue was no longer functioning, and the chimney cap had blown off. Val was very knowledgeable about everything. He also cleaned up any mess when he was done so I didn't have to do anything. I will definitely have him come back and clean the chimney every year. I also ordered a new fireplace screen and he came back to install it and did an excellent job!!! Very professional.
