I have been going to Vines Guildford for a long time atLeast since the time my experience with another dealer closer to home (W London) was atrocious. They are great … from the receptionist that greets you with a smile to the service agent who promptly helps you, keeps you informed, addresses you respectfully, and brings your car around when it’s done and that too washed and cleaned from the interior. I had a recall on my vehicle and BMW were kind enough to follow up, Vines offered a loan vehicle, even handed a care pack (umbrella, glass screen and a few other items) to soften the trouble of bringing the car for a recall.
Keep it up Vines and BMW!!

Disappointed to pay a premium price for poor quality service and a lack of interest in customer satisfaction. After getting little help on the phone, I then completed their survey and have since emailed them as their response below suggested… and still nothing…!
