I received the wrong product and I had to pay the the custom tax (Belgium), not included in the shipping. The communication was good and they were kind. The product arrived in perfect conditions. NOTE: The product is shipped in different looking boxes than the original on the website to pass the custom controls.

Over 35 USD for a kilo of Turkish Delight... Prices for Turkish Delights at least are outrageously over priced compared to prices in Turkey and even more expensive then many shops in Europe... I don't understand why but you need to revise those prices because they really look exploitative...

Our transaction had, what I believe most people would consider, a rocky start with order processing and communication. Especially in this day and age. To their credit however, things were essentially make right. The company provided some additional tea products as a sorry for the inconvenience. Kudos to them in that regard to make the customer happy with the products The packaging was solid and provided good protection for products that were being shipped half way around the world. Tea pot is beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. The Turkish Delight package was as presented on the website and good quality. So, at the end of the day, the order turned out well. I do feel, however, due to the initial rocky start (and I can only review based on my experience - not others) that it is currently a 3 star. Not good and not poor. Together we did discuss, via whatsapp, some ways in which service and communication could be improved and prevent rocky starts. Especially with available modern techniques. During our communication, they acknowledged the ideas/feedback and essentially stated that they would work on it. After all, isn't business and customer service about continual improvement ? If I was asked the question by a potential customer - Would I order from them again ? Yes, I would certainly give them another try.

Come promesso modifico la recensione, non senza fatica mi hanno risposto su whatsapp, mandandomi il codice di consegna ups, foto prodotti e anche un regalo. Grazie mille Aggiornamento: Prodotti mai arrivati dopo un iter assurdo con ups, i prodotti (profumi) erano catalogati come merce pericolosa e tramite ups non possono viaggiare mi chiedo come il bazar non sappia di queste regole. Trovo tutto veramente assurdo. Comunque rimborsata all'istante.
