Found Starlight Shutter through Google and I was very impressed by Kevin and his team’s professionalism. Moved in to my condo last summer and needed some rolling blinds with motor for my living room, balcony, and bedroom (blackout). Kevin and his team was able to get this done at a competitive price and reasonable timeframe. Kevin even followed up with me a few months later and was able to resolve a few minor issues I’ve had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their blinds replaced and installed.

Moved into my new home at the end of 2023 and needed new curtains for the entire house.
I looked up a few stores on Xiaohongshu, asked around, and finally chose Starlight-Curtains. Tracy was the one who assisted me.

Our home has a total of 10 windows and doors that needed curtains, and three of them were equipped with remote-controlled electric curtains.

First After-Sales Experience:
Right after installation, I noticed that the remotes for the electric curtains weren’t working properly—sometimes they responded, and sometimes they didn’t. I immediately contacted Tracy, and she sent a technician to check it out. After confirming it wasn’t a charging issue, she arranged for two technicians to come back and replace all three motors with new ones. This was my first after-sales interaction with Tracy.

Second Time:
Six months later, the remote controls started acting up again (I completely forgot about the need to charge them 😅). I messaged Tracy, and she taught me how to charge them. Turns out, they were just out of battery…

Third Time:
Then, just today, I wanted to clean up and tie up the bedroom curtains, only to find that the curtain tie-backs had a defect (as shown in the photo). Since the curtains had always been left open, I hadn’t noticed the issue before. I sent a message to Tracy, and she replied instantly—like, within seconds! She immediately arranged for a technician to come and fix it.

Honestly, for such a small issue, I felt a bit embarrassed to have a technician come over, but her quick response and attitude really touched me. I’ve dealt with so many after-sales services that drag their feet or shift blame, so her attitude was truly refreshing.

As someone who also works in sales, I value professionalism, responsibility, and service above all else. I make it a point to reply to customer messages instantly, no matter what, so I really appreciate Tracy’s approach.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Booking the measurement was easy, and the whole process—from choosing fabrics and styles to installation—was super smooth and efficient. Tracy gave great design advice, super professional, and had lots of examples to help visualize. Communication was seamless, and they really nailed everything I wanted.
