Wow! I didn’t think service like this still existed. Adam was phenomenal, so generous of his time for a Friday evening. Having installed a Starlink ourselves, very well as it turns out externally, Will was able to diagnose the problem by logging on remotely, basically how it’s interfacing with our internal mesh system. He was very patient with our somewhat untechy selves! They are coming round Thursday to configure. Such a relief after paying out for the Starlink kit and subscription. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if you’re having similar problems.
