I would have given them 5 stars. We had a great time there for my son's birthday. I had one drink at the bar and it cost $16.50. That's too much for a drink.

We always have a great time here. Esther was very helpful and she has a joyful energy!

My sweetheart and I went last night to celebrate his birthday and spend some time together. We arrived around 9pm and as soon as we walked in he went to the bar and I went to lady's room, I asked him to order me drink. I came out 10 mins later and meet him at the bar and he tells me the bartender hadn't taken his order yet. Now to me that's weird because the place was empty! There were two other individuals sitting at the bar and only 1 family bowling. So he attempts to get her attention again and she finally stops ignoring him and comes to greet us. No smile, no pleasant demeanor, just rude with a nasty attitude. Brown skin thin lady with a Bob cut. We order our food and our drinks, she brings the drinks in a few mins and then disappears. We look for our food and her, so he goes to ask someone else that worked there to assist us and the here she comes walking fast with our food. She drops it to us and walks off. About 5 mins later a white gentleman joins the bar and she goes to him immediately and takes his order. Mind u he sits about 3 chairs down from us. She never checked back on us to see if we liked our food or needed anything. She brought him his drink, and kept walking pass us, didnt say a word or look our way. Now as an ex- server you are supposed to check on the guest after 2 mins of them getting there food. She never came back until he called her over to ask for refills. She comes over with an attitude and gets our cups, got the drinks and put them down in front of us and said is there anything else I can help u with? We say no and she leaves the bar area, we taste our drinks and his is flat. We look for her, she's over talking to a coworker. After the third attempt she responses to him and comes over. He tells her is bad and she said they need to change it and she needs her manager. She then goes to wipe down the counters and talk to her coworker instead of getting her manager. A few mins later she goes to the back and the manager comes to the bar and we ask her for help and she goes to the other soda station and gets his drink immediately. We ask her about the bartender and told her she was rude to us.... long story short she's always like that. I just didn't appreciate the lack of good customer service given to us! Especially celebrating his special day but period. Great service makes the experience memorable. Once we left the bar everything else was good. The lane did give us a small problem but they fixed that quickly. We were still able to have fun and enjoy some part of the evening.

Fun place to bowl.

I have been coming here for yearsssss! We LOVE this place and the staff! Special shoutouts to Victor, Danny and Karly! They always take such good care of me and my family. We've celebrated MANY occasions here, from birthdays to bachelorette parties in the Thirsty Turtle! This place has something for EVERYONE!

Great place

Very busy for bowling! If you’re expecting to walk in without a reservation and get a lane within 30 minutes, you may be disappointed. We ended up playing arcade games instead and dropped $85 easily for three kids to play and do one round of laser tag. Variety of things to do but would recommend ages 8 and up depending on how your child is interested in crowds. (This review is based off of weekend views, not weekday.)

Great atmosphere, and a fair amount of bowling time for the money. The food was great and served by a robot, which was cool though I can't help but think about a job it likely eliminated. There are other fun games to play there, and plenty of parking. I'd recommend this place for family time or a date

We went there yesterday for my nephew who is 5 and just loves the arcade. At first my sister was given the run around when the machines were down to load the cards. After about 15 minutes of back and forth we were ready to play. We enjoyed the games, clean and tidy. When we were in the area to redeem the tickets and tokens the one machine wasn’t working and the other one took forever. Multiple employees walked past saying that machine does take a while. As we stood there a young man by the name of Chandler asked to take our chips and playing cards and took care of it with in minutes. He was kind and friendly unlike a few before him. We will return as my nephew just loves it and t the end of the day that’s what mattered the most.
