Don’t bother Have had multiple ongoing problems with various fixtures and fittings especially the overuse of inferior rivets, electrical problems leaking roof in spots inside the can when raining. Overall poor quality of build, poor customer and after sales service. Would not purchase a Star Vision again or use Bendigo RV to buy anything as a dealer. For the first 12 months the van was back at the dealers for repairs for longer than we could use it. Starvision eventually replaced it once they were reminded of ACCC regulations. New van.. New problems. Dealer servicing no help either. They ditched them as a dealer and didn’t tell us until they were forced to do the repairs under warranty. Imagine their service to us. Yes… you would be correct.

Won't repair our van We have bought a lemon & Starvision won't fix it! We have almost every part of the van that is not working or broken. From the tank gauges not working, to the fridge connection getting so hot (and not cooling the fridge) that it burnt my fingers. The lights flicker, there was no vehicle charging, the trailer lights didn't work on collection, the water tanks get air in it which means you cannot pump water. The hot water system should be able to heat water instantly but we can only have 3 mins at the most (if the pump is working), the break away switch doesn't work (and hasn't every worked), the roof sizer lift fell off as did two gas struts. The toilet has come away from the wall and can no longer use the water pump in the toilet. I asked Makara in Melbourne to fix all these (plus another 2 dozen items) and his response was. He will get us to sign a contract at collection to say everything was fixed. I said I would not sign this until I get it looked at by an independent company. He then said he would not allow us to take the van, to which I responded and said if he doesn't allow us to take our van then I will contact the police. So basically blackmailing us. My SV12 is a lemon and I have asked for 50% refund so I can get it all repaired by a third party to which he refused. I have now filled with VCAT and they are not communicating anymore. DO NOT BUY A STARVISION!!!

Just Collected Ordered our StarVision12 in July 2023, asking to collect in January 2024. Just collected it. It looks amazing and I was given a comprehensive briefing on all aspects of the Van. Will take it out bush in a weeks time. Will write a detailed review perhaps in July, but for now......I'm really happy!!

Nightmare experience wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I was not going to leave a public review of our experience with Star Vision, hoping that someone in management would come to their senses and make things right but it seems that is not going to be the case here. After 7+ months of trying to get a refund people should know the quality they're investing in. We purchased a 2022 PX3 Hybrid Camper in March 2022. Since then we have spent a total of 28 nights in our van. The rest of the time it has been in the work shop at Star Vision or under a garage... the list of problems includes: - Roof leak (attempted to be "fixed" or denied existed on 3 occasions by Star Vision) - Shower leak - All plastic fittings on water tanks snapped off (so we had no water) - TV fell off the wall - Shower tap fell off - 2 shocks (upgraded at time of purchase) damaged - Rear bar cracked - Inadequate seals for any dust suppression leaving a thick layer of dust on all surfaces inside the van and all through cupboards (we acknowledge the PX3 was never intended to be dust proof but we may as well have driven around with the door open) - Fridges unable to maintain any cooling temperatures due to inadequate ventilation (unsafe for food storage so lost all our cold food) - Bolts fell out of the drawer in the kitchen and would not return to original position - Awning causes roof to sag on one side/struts aren't strong enough - Audio system wired incorrectly - Table/Bed snapped off at the hinge - Fly screen in sky light no longer retracts - Roof lifter motor ceased functioning and manual tool didn't fit (upon opening it up to fit new motor, appears the whole unit is water damaged and corroded) - Floor warped, sags and signs of water damage - Peeling edges on surfaces of the tables Star Vision has been given 3 separate occasions to rectify these issues (especially the roof leak which was noted on the very first service!) and their solution is to give us $3000 and sell the van to someone else. The ACCC clearly states we are entitled to a full refund of our purchase price if there is a major fault or multiple minor faults. I believe our van has both. The quality is just not what you'd expect for $63000. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Untrustworthy Ordered a brand new FX2 Air in Oct-2022. What we were offered was a ‘demo’ model that had clearly been driven many kilometres on the road and damaged, as you can see in the photos. They denied it of course and we refused delivery. Had to wait another 3 weeks for an actual new one. Ruined the experience completely. Zero apologies given. Disgraceful. Too bad for them as the missed out on two caravan sales as we had friends purchase elsewhere based on our 1-star experience.

We have been waiting ONE YEAR for our PX1 to arrive... without notification the model has changed. We were originally told 3 months and been extremely patient but have now been told after being PROMISED delivery in November.. it’s pretty much who knows when we will get our van... NOT HAPPY. We have not been communicated with only us ringing the sales rep. We have also been informed the PX1 is going out of production so be careful if ordering one... 1 it will possibly take 2 years and 2 it will pose be a whole different van to what you wanted.

We have had our Alpha B for over 2 years and not a single issue. It has been to Fraser Island, Cape York, Flinders Rangers, and all over Vic and Blue Mountains, never once had a issue getting this into any location. Built strong and still structurely sound. Awesome set up for a quick night sleep or a long stay with big setup and everything right there. Towing is flawless! Ryan & Tom were awesome and went above and beyond to ensure we were 110% happy even post sale care was top service! Definitely be back when we have outgrown out Alpha B!

Have had a Nova FX2 for about 19 months. Its a cheap and nasty piece of crap. Have taken it back once for repairs of which most things weren't fixed. After taking it on a 2000 km trip it is now held closed with a ratchet strap as both the latch hooks broke of the 1 side of the camper. This after 1 came off of the roof rack on our last trip which has dented and taken the paint off the so called checker plate. Spend an extra couple of grand and get quality. Wish we had.?

Picked up our FX2 today and could not be more happier! Kyle and the crew from Dandenong were AMAZING. They looked after us and made sure we were all set to go on a much needed holiday! Cannot thank them enough for all the effort they put in to ensure this could all happen before Easter! ?

The Customer service is disgraceful at Dandenong in Victoria absolutely no idea about the product and was not able to answer our questions on both campers we were interested in then told us the new one coming has upgrades and changes but couldn’t tell us what they were either. If your from the north don’t waste ya time not worth the travel. The guys we met At the expo were great but unfortunately they are based in Qld.

Do Not Buy! These are Cheap Garbage, the after sales service you will receive from the Victorian outlet is disgraceful at best. Do yourself a big favour by spending a little more money and buy a quality product from a reputable brand. The Victorian sales rep doesn’t know if he is selling campers or wheelbarrows, if you end up with a wheelbarrow at least it will last longer than a Star Vision Camper!

We ordered a Van and were told we could pick it up 18th Dec ... sold our Caravan and Camper trailer in preparation - then we're told that there was a mistake, that one was already sold have to wait til 2021. Asked for our deposit to be refunded as we went elsewhere ... had troubles ever since. Spoke to Salesman, spoke to Head Office, messaged on here, phone calls not returned, emails not replied to, even yesterday when we were asked to send a PM and we did, once again no reply. Will be contacting our Ombudsman now. Recommend going elsewhere for your Van. We did.
