The Barn is a great getaway spot, which we hope to visit more often. The surroundings guarantee peaceful atmosphere, which we planned to find. It was a great shout! Great price for such a spacious and unique place with hot tub, honesty bar, BBQ spot and much more. Hosts were incredibly helpful, welcoming and genuine! We were greatly impressed by the place they created and their hard work! Additionally, there were alpacas which regardless they spookiness were happy to be fed and watch us from behind the gate. Absolutely adorable animals <3

Lovely stay! The barn was decorated nicely, clean and very homely. Gavin responded as soon as we messaged about needing a few extra logs and they were refilled within 15 mins. We lived all the little extra things which had been carefully thought about such as all the soaps, dishwasher tablets, milk and even Prosecco on arrival! Would definitely go back again! Thankyouu so much for a lovely weekend :)

The photos don’t do this place justice, it is a beautiful little retreat, with your own woodfired hot tub. Brilliant hosting, clear and easy communications. Loads of little added extra treats throughout. Would highly highly recommend.

Lovely hosts! Were very friendly and gave great recommendations in the area. The cabin was incredibly warm and cosy - even in the November weather! A perfect short retreat for me and my partner.

The Blondin Kush is going to be one of our go to retreats in South Wales! fabulous hosts, wonderful setting and loved the use of eco products throughout! also the bed, and Bantem hen eggs are to die for, can't wait to return ☺️ x

I booked this home for a peaceful get away with my partner and it did not disappoint! Check in was easy and we were shown around the place, and everything was perfect! We made use of the hot tub which took some time to get up to temp but was worth the wait and stayed warm into the next evening. We made use of the “honesty bar”, which was a great addition with cocktail making kit provided. Overall, it was a peaceful get away as advertised and would recommend to anyone wanting a few days to relax. (Being greeted by alpacas as we drove in was also a nice touch!)

Wow! What a find! Gavin’s place is a little slice of rural heaven. We were warmly welcomed and assisted with getting the fire burning hot tub going. The hut is so thoughtfully laid out and decorated with everything you could need, from luxurious bedding to fresh eggs and prosecco. Gavin and his partner were always on hand to help, chat about their eco-friendly ethos and give local information. We spent hours sat in front of the fire pit and in the hot tub watching the alpacas and listening to the sounds of local wildlife. The outdoor area was safely contained, well lit, had plenty of seating and our Labrador loved exploring all the smells! A perfect back to nature escape which we cannot recommend more. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely (although brief) stay at the Barn. The place was great, really well presented and great quirks like the alpacas and the hot tub.Gavin and his partner were great hosts, really responsive to messages and available for help whenever we needed it.

Definitely book your stay here if you get the opportunity!The hut is well equipped inside, from the kitchen to bathroom to living space, with lots of added bits to make it unique from other Airbnb stays.The outdoor space is secluded, extremely spacious and has everything you need and more. There's outdoor shelter & multiple seating areas all overlooking a beautiful woodlands and the alpacas! The Alpacas can easily be seen from all areas of the hut & hottub. Very dry wood provided and to purchase to light the hot tub fire.Hosts were so lovely and respectful of space.Myself and my partner agreed it's the comfiest bed we've ever slept in. Smart TV for a cosy night beside the log burner.We can't wait to return.

My partner and I stayed in The Barn who a weekend and had a great time due a lovely accommodation and having a great host. Peaceful surroundings and close to city centre so lots to do. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Gavin is a fantastic host who kindly welcomed us on arrival and made us both feel at home, we even had the pleasure of being greeted by the adorable alpacas! The grounds were so beautiful and peaceful, truly perfect for a relaxing break away for two. The cabin was immaculate, which included plenty of facilities. We had a lovely surprise opening the fridge to find the hosts had put a bottle of champagne inside for us to drink to which we did in the log burning hot tub! Gavin responded very quickly on the app whenever we’d request something and was always willing to help, super friendly and a pleasure to meet. Wonderful stay, definitely recommend and would go here again.

This has to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. the property was gorgeous and the Alpacas were very friendly. the hosts gave us lots of helpful recommendations and the whole stay felt very luxurious while also being so connected to nature. the hot tub was awesome. Thanks again for having us at your beautiful place!

Lively, cosy little cabin! Gavin was very friendly.There’s lovely places to walk nearby, as well as a big supermarket, four falls trail only an hour away. My dog and I really enjoyed this place!

Absolutely fabulous place! Welcomed like old friends and will certainly return.

Pictures do not do it justice the place was beautiful!! The property had so much space inside and out. The welcome leaflet has loads of information along with recommendations for eating/activities in the local area, which was helpful! The honesty box was a lovely touch, along with fresh milk, eggs and a bottle of prosecco. The hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay! Thank you again:)
