Great New Year stay with the snow turning the town into a winter wonderland. Great facilities, close to great walks

This apartment is well located for station and trips to Edinburgh and the coast. It has plenty of space for a couple with one extra on the sofa bed or 2 single people. Lovely bathroom and kitchen and a massive lounge. Although taxi rank is a bit noisy we didn’t need earplugs. Nice bedding and good wifi .

Log fire is a lot of fun!

Was a nice stay in a convenient location and lovely large windows for natural light. Appreciated the tub and spacious kitchen

This is a delightful place to stay and despite freezing weather, it was warm and cosy. The main bedroom and its en suite are off the kitchen, the twin bedroom is off the hall in the middle and the second bathroom is through the sitting room. The en suite was especially suitable for my elderly mother, with a walk-in shower with two handles, and is very nice and modern. The area is very quiet and within easy walking distance of the shops in the town centre. We really enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to staying again.

Another wonderful stay at the cottage. Feels like home. very clean throughout and beds very comfortable. Dog Friendly with good sized enclosed garden. Highly recommended. Great location 5 minutes walk to main street in Ballater.
