Two times in a row, and months apart we have wen to get shakes and they have tasted sour like expired milk. Wont be back.

The quality has declined in my opinion, but if you're just looking for a decent hamburger, it will do the job. I also appreciate that they offer options for those avoiding buns.

Quick service in drive thru tonight, friendly, and good food.

Very unhappy with the new set up. Not convenient for those with physical disabilities. Also vert disappointed they no longer offer hand dipped shakes. If I want a shake from a machine. I'll go to McDonald's, much cheaper!

Always good

Ordered food tonight to dine in around 8pm. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, only 2 tables ahead of us. We planned to have a party of 5 after my daughter's spring sing to celebrate. After almost an hour of waiting for our food, the manager ( I think his name was Bill) said they haven't even begun to start our order let alone the 2 orders ahead of us. Drive thru wasn't even busy. The 2 parties ahead of us wanted a refund so we followed suit, because we waited too long and had to get our kid ready for bed. After we got our refund, the manager began to laugh and mock all of us for asking for refunds. With that kind of attitude, we and the rest of our family will never come back to this restaurant. You would get all zero stars if Google allowed it. Worst customer service I've had at any restaurant.
