Wow!!! Only been here once but this place truly deserves it's 5 star rating. We were in town for my birthday and Steam turned out to be my Birthday dinner. The food was amazing!! Drinks were even better. Can't remember what it was called but the smoked whiskey drink was unique, beautiful, and tasted great!! Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Customer service was on point. We also brought home some tasty liquor. All that at a very reasonable price point for what felt like a very high end experience.I would recommend Steam to anybody from the stuffy critique type all the way to just a good reasonably priced meal type. Thanks for a amazing Birthday dinner!!!

Absolutely fantastic drinks and food. My goal is to have one of each drink on the menu. 1/2 there! Super cool bar and vibe. Highly recommend!

April and her husband from That One Place put so much care, love, skill, and detail into their cooking. You really can taste the heart with which it is made. They make the best prime rib in town and even their vegetables like zucchini are flavorful. We look forward to having their prime rib as a treat for date nights and their other food always looks amazing. They are just wonderful people in general with huge hearts and treat us as family. We would highly recommend them and their food! Also the staff at the Steam Distillery are very kind and go above and beyond.

Drinks were great .. but can we just say best part of Steam is That One Place BBQ OMG... sooo good . Their food is a true extension of their love of serving the best plate of food possible. Do not sleep on them.

Steam is the spot that you cannot go wrong; literally embodies everything I have wanted to experience in any town, any “bar” atmosphere, and then some. The staff is one of a kind-I never see them NOT smiling and having a good time , (which is why we’re going out, right?) the owners are friendly and personable and take the time to make us feel WELCOME and WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Plates of bbq food coming back from the kitchen always mouth watering. Plus the energy, ALWAYS has been chill and inviting. Family friendly. In my opinion, it is the best “bar” in town. But it’s much more than that. Try it you’ll see what makes it so special.

High end cocktails. Even the tonic water is house made. The food is gourmet. Cool steampunk vibe.

Paid another visit to steam with out-of-town company. It's a great destination to bring visitors to our community. The cocktails, while a touch pricy, are beyond worth it. You're not just buying a drink; you're experiencing a craft cocktail. Casey, as always, was an outstanding server.

This place is our new favorite! Kenny the mixologist was next level! Our drinks were spectacular! And Casey was our new favorite! Food was absolutely the best we have had in the valley. We cannot wait to go back.

Had to try this place just because of the theme. There were no cars parked in front, so I was concerned, but when we opened the door, the small place was full and we were put on a waiting list. So glad we stayed!! GREAT Drinks, and STRONG!!! Chocolate Martini and a gin drink my wife loved. Friendly service and conversation. And an interesting arrangement for food, they have another company that does the food for them. A couple that both had medical issues, and started the food truck to keep busy after retirement and are now Steam's full time food service, using the kitchen in the building. On to the food! So we shared a BBQ Pork (good) and DEEP FRIED RIBS! Yes, took a chance on the Fry Baby Ribs and they were Excellent.

Found this place by chance and had an impeccable experience. The food (with Carl Krause as a chef) was unlike anything I’ve tried before and achieved a level of excellence I didn’t know existed. The service was incredible and the decor of the restaurant itself was endearing and interesting. The drinks were the perfect way to tie all of this together — well portioned and very tasty!

The food, drinks, atmosphere, and people were all great!
