Amazing team - Tom was very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He came and cleaned a mattress and upholstery bed that we bought. Have already booked him in for couch and carpets. Squeezed us into his busy schedule and I cannot recommend the team enough. Definitely 6 stars (10/10)

When Tom arrived, I showed him a stubborn stain that I had been unable to remove from my wool carpet with immediate spot cleaning. Although he politely managed my expectations about old stains, he successfully removed it. I will definitely use this service again! The online booking process is easy and affordable.
