Since going to Stechford motility for my scooter.it arr in September. But I have been able to use it .as my back has completely gone I will need an operation to sort out the problem .I cannot even get up or down stairs.im in limbo .paying for a scooter I cannot use

Great service from the company, especially during installation. The installer, Martin Baker, went out of his way to ensure the installation went without any problems. His advice and assistance in explaining how to use the stairlift was much appreciated. Would recommend the company without hesitation.

Went into the Stechford branch today and Jackie was absolutely fantastic she couldn't do enough for my mother to advise her on which scooter was the right one for her and steve was also very polite, I wish there was more people in the retail industry was as helpful and as polite as Jackie and Steve and also they didn't try to push you into buying the product we went in there for so that's why they got the sale so I 100% recommend to go to there shop if you need anything for your disability needs so keep up the wonderful work.

Martin came and collected my wife's mobility scooter and brought it back after an annual service. Great guy, great service, thank you.

Excellent friendly service, from purchasing my wheelchair, to Martin visiting my home to measure for a stairlift and then Robbie fitting the stairlift, all within a short timescale. I could not have asked for more. Everything was clearly explained, very professional in their approach. I would highly recommend Ideas in Action.

Martin , the engineer, was friendly and efficient. The installation of our stair lift went smoothly and he explained its use clearly. Haven’t had the lift long enough to judge its quality but it seems well made and is virtually silent.

96 year mother has had a stairlift fitted today. Service was quick and professional. Instructions for use were clear and concise. Very pleased with complete service from start to finish

Martin came out promptly & on time to talk through the different options available to my elderly in laws who were in desperate need of a stairlift… Martin was extremely knowledgeable & considerate & the price was very competitive… The Install was carried out soon after & very professionally by engineer Alex who was clean & tidy in his work & demonstrated thoroughly how to use… My in-laws couldn’t be happier! 5*

I was more than a little apprehensive about venturing into the world of mobility aids, I had been a little overwhelmed with the ranges and all the choices available. After 5 minutes in the showroom, both my wife and I were laughing and joking with the staff like we had known them for years. The staff put us completely at ease, they listened to my needs and steered me in the right direction for my needs and I came away with the perfect option for me. I could have spent thousands on things that weren't right for my needs and a lot of salespeople would have let me do just that for a good sale, not these people. After assessment, I walked out with a new rollator, perfect for me and just right to give me my confidence back when out and about. If my needs change I will definitely not hesitate to go back and talk to Stechford mobility.

It's taken me too long to write this review, but, I have nothing but positive to say about Ideas In Action, and every member of staff. Service is excellent .

I have been a longstanding customer to this company and would recommend them in everyway, and have done for years. They are more than 5*****s. David, and all the staff that I have met are caring, interested in your needs, the engineers know their stuff and are always ready to help. It helps when you are dealing with a friendly and helpful team. They also have a good selection of mobility scooters etc. Easy access to their shop. Thank you to the staff for your help today on my baby scooter! Best one around! :)

Very professional from the initial visit to fitting. Martin came on time to fit the stairlift and was very friendly. He explained everything in detail and made sure my parents were happy and understood everything before he left. Throughly recommend this company.

My mother's front left wheel was out of alignment and needed fixing. As I purchased the wheelchair from another company online, I was unable to send it back to the warehouse for repairs within warranty and came across Ideas in Action. They were very friendly and had availability to fix the wheelchair within 24 hours.. As I had the replacement parts sent over to me by the online company this company only charged me for labour. I would recommend them and use their service again in the future.

Everything was perfect from first contacting this company. They definitely deserve 5*. The gentleman who called out to quote was professional but very helpful and the two engineers who fitted the stairlift today were excellent They were quiet workers and left the whole place clean and tidy. The fitting was done in a shorter time than I expected.

From initial contact, the best quote and through to installation I've been extremely satisfied with this company. It was a pleasure to meet Alex who worked professionally and neatly installed a Handicare 1100 Stairlift. Thank you Alex and Ideas In Action for helping me to put my Ideas Into Action. 👍
