I was really optimistic about getting a quote from Collins since he was local and seemed to have rave reviews. I left two separate voicemails, a week apart, and never heard back. I hate leaving reviews like this, but I find it very irritating; if you can’t do the work then tell me and recommend someone who can.

The owner Mark was doing a job at my neighbors house. I approached him and he was able to make time for me after he completed his job. He was extremely helpful and upfront! I would trust him with my children. He suggested several options and did not try to hard sell me on anything. I will never use anyone else because of the prompt and honest work I experienced!!! Thank you Mark for making this experience as pleasant as possible!

My heat went out and from the reviews and being a local business I called Collins Heating and Air. Mark was able to come that day. He got the part and was here first thing the next day to install. Mark was fantastic! He responded right away. He did a very thorough exam of both our AC unit and furnace and explained things very clearly. He never tried to upsell us or give us more than we need. Highly recommend!!

I met Mark yesterday servicing my neighbors AC,What a super helpful and nice guy !! He helped me with info to help keep my AC working and to be more efficient, it wasn’t even my service call ! TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE! 10/10 STARS! We were referred to Mark by my dad who raved about him; and he was right! Mark was able to come to our home to check out our furnace within a day of my initial phone call - much faster than any other experience I've ever had! He was prompt & on time, FRIENDLY, gave fair and honest pricing; overall THE BEST! He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working as it should be. I actually gave Mark a call to schedule an appointment to have my garage heater looked at. I told him the problems and he walked me through the entire diagnostic process and fixed my problem without even showing up at my residence. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out over the phone and not making me wait to schedule an appointment. Definitely will keep his number for future business.

My furnace stopped working and cold temperatures were starting to come in.. after looking up a few heating places and seeing reviews I chose Collins. I'm so glad I did. Mark the owner is honest and friendly. I felt confident in the opinion he gave me and would trust him again in the future. I'm enjoying my new furnace and humidifier without worries for the winter.
