A very disappointing experience. I had the pump and concrete booked in. I paid £5500 in advance and 1hr before they were due to pour my job they cancelled my whole delivery because they had lorry's stuck in traffic. Leaving my 2m deep footings exposed with bad weather due tomorrow. I wasn't offered a later delivery or next day. I was to told my job wasn't a priority. Unfortunately Stewart Brothers have proved to be unreliable and potentially could cost me a lot of money if the footings collapse.

We also discussed the possibility of delivering another day, but it was understood that this would not be suitable as, understandably, you did not want to leave the footings exposed. As a result, you informed us that you needed to make alternative arrangements, which we completely respect. At no point did we suggest that your job wasn’t a priority. We value all our customers and strive to provide the best service possible, even under challenging circumstances. Unfortunately, in this instance, external factors prevented us from delivering as planned. We deeply regret the impact this could have had on your project and were happy to learn you arranged alternate supply on the day. I used Stewart Bros for foundations and floor slabs. Six loads in total over four different days. All their staff were courteous and helpful - they made a potentially difficult job easy. The service from the office is excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Was put in contact with perry after being let down twice by another firm. Perry then done a site visit pointed out a few issues for me to correct then had the concrete sent the next day and aranged a pump top service hilghly recomended

Have used Stewart brothers 4 times for concrete, traditional strip footings and reinforced concrete pad bases. Very good service, prompt delivery and exceptional quality concrete which was particularly good for the reinforced base pours as we found it held level very well without slumping. Will definatly be using them again !!

Fantastic company. Called on the off chance having never using this company before and was greeted on the phone by Perry who managed to fit me in and deliver me the concrete we needed 1.5 hours after calling at 3pm in the afternoon after being let down by another company 20 mins after they was due to arrive. Needless to say Stewart Brothers will be recieving any further work we have.

This company always goes the extra mile where other company's dont the concrete is easy to work with and drivers are very knowledgeable on helping out when needed or giving advice i wouldn't use any other firm
