St Helens Windows replaced a single window last year. I asked them to do the remaining house this year as they were organised, tidy and good value. House windows completed today and very happy with their standards and communications throughout. Painless quote and decent manufacturing time. Long established local company and I would certainly recommend to others. Stayed local for any future backup rather than a faceless national company. Fitters superb and very thorough

This company could not do anything more but impress me their professionalism was brilliant and top-notch not only did they install the window within half an hour but they cleaned up after themselves and respected our property. The engineers who came to install the window. We are absolutely brilliant, very polite well spoken and really Cared. The staff who work here over the phone are absolutely brilliant a particular lady named Megan went out her way to please us and make us feel really welcome and got us a great deal on our new bathroom window with the budget we had and timescale Just in time for the winter. Thank you so much for what you guys have done. Highly recommend you guys.

Had 3 windows replaced today great quality and good price . Was even treated to great singing from fitter Jordan and all the mess cleaned up after. High quality windows and quick and efficient installation

Brilliant service from start to finish. Wanted a porch and canopy, the sales rep was friendly and helpful, provided us with a quote with no pressure to agree there and then, was given time to think about it and invited to the factory and showroom when we were showed where everything will be built and the products used. After looking elsewhere, we signed the contracts and they organised the planning permission required, and kept us upto date the any contact from the council. We were delighted when all was agreed and building work was going commence in a matter of weeks. All the trades that worked on the porch and canopy were friendly, reliable and good at their job. The porch and canopy was done jn a few weeks. Even when I thought there was a problem (in the end not related to them), I emailed the sales rep and the team was out the same day. I would highly recommend St Helens Windows and will most certainly use them for any future home improvements.

Came and repaired my patio doors which I could not close phoned in the morning and it was done in the afternoon by a nice man excellent service

I originally posted a favourable review after I had my front door replaced by St Helens Windows and Doors. However, from the time it was fitted to now, January 2024, I've experienced ongoing issues with the door jamming, leaving me unable to get back into my house. It's been a nightmare trying to get the issue sorted, and as yet, still hasn't been resolved.The matter has now been referred to my credit card company. So overall, I've not had a good experience.
