I granted Kent access on my lawn to do work for a neighbor. He came over asking to use my lawn as a parking lot as well as dug a foot into my lawn without asking. Kent came over saying trust me, but don't trust his words he will just do what he needs to get paid.

We are currently having a house built in town. My wife and I noticed some Questionable cracks in the foundation and what we learned later to be several cold seams, We were lucky enough to have Kent with STL Foundation repairs come out and take a look at our concerns. After spending time inspecting our foundation, he answered all of our questions in a very professional manner and eased both of our minds, on possible future concerns. 5 star on our list

As the Director of a very large school we needed some shade poles set in our playground done over the summer. I couldn’t believe how wonderful this company was. They were fast, reliable, a great price point, and the head of the company was willing to step out of his way to do what every other contractor in our area wouldn’t. What’s that they wouldn’t do…. Take a smaller job because it was a school “not worth their time.” So to Kent and his team, from all of our teachers and children, Thank you so much! We had St. Louis Foundation Repair come out to check the foundation of a home we were interested in buying. We are first time buyers and have little experience with major home repairs. Kent was professional, kind and honest with us and helped us not make a huge mistake with a home purchase that needed way too much work. This honest feedback was invaluable to us! He could have very easily quoted us and gotten our business for a huge job, but it would have been way too much for our budget and most likely would have ruined our finances. We will call these guys back if we ever need any home repairs in the future!

Kent at St. Louis Foundation Repairs was awesome! He came out and spent a good amount of time at our house even though we ended up not needing any repairs at this time. He gave us his honest opinion. He even helped my husband try to fix one our doors that the hinge came loose on! I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

I had a crack in the corner of my basement wall and I wanted to get it fixed before it expanded. I filled out the online form, snapped some pictures, and quickly got a reasonable quote and scheduled it the next day. Caleb was on-time, extremely professional, and very detailed. Strongly recommend.

These guys did awesome work. We’re very responsive, professional, and did great work. Very happy with our new egress window in both look and function. They were very accommodating and even finished a couple days early due to an inclement weather forecast.

I started this process because we noticed some separation in the flooring of our finished basement. I had about 7 companies come out to give an estimated bid based on what limitations they could see with the basement being finished. What made me end up selecting Kent is that he seemed to really care, offer the best solutions, and his estimated pricing was very competitive. Another reason was he was the only company that also offered to tear out the basement walls and put in a french drain on the side of the house that always collected water. His team was always on time. In fact, Kent would send me calendar invites for each day they were scheduled to work, which was fantastic! His team was always so courteous, professional, and was happy to explain the work they did each day while also answering any questions I had. Even after all of this rain, with the exception of one tiny spot that was leaking, I probably had the driest basement in the subdivision, so we are beyond happy! Prior to this, after taking the walls down, we noticed so much water getting in our basement and ruining our flooring. I would recommend this company 100 times out of 100 and tell everyone I know that has the same issue about this company...Thank you STL Foundation Repairs!!
