Amazing staff. Dr. Pawlinga did amazing work for me. The staff was always available for questions during my recovery. Truly lifechanging results. The consultation was comprehensive and the price was reasonable. I would definitely come to them in the future. After going to them, I am certain i made the right choice of Doctor.

Going into this process I had no idea how transplantation worked or even how well it would work. St. Louis hair restoration was there every step of the way, to both explain why their process is different from other clinics and what results to expect. In my case the results far exceeded my expectations!

Hair loss sneaks up on you. I didn’t realize how bad it was until early this year (just under the mid thirty mark). I initially tried shaving my head and rocking the bald look, but it just didn’t feel like me looking back in the mirror. Removing vanity from the equation, I just didn’t feel like the person I was seeing. So I started researching options in the area. I started with Bosley, but they had less than favorable reviews and performed the operation in Chicago. Personally, I wouldn’t want to travel for a few days after the transplant. Then I stumbled upon St. Louis Hair Restoration. Admittedly, I didn’t have a lot of faith that they or anyone would be able to deliver results. But I figured I would take my chances, and if it didn’t work, I would go back to being bald. I met with Gregg and got my consultation. From there, I took the plunge. It was arguably one of the best decisions of my life. They exceeded results. They may or may not post pictures on their site, but would assume so. Feel free to reach out though. I am only at 6 months, so there is still much thickening to occur, however, I am not sure that there is any room for improvement at this point. Everything else is a bonus 😁

I wish I could put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Pawling, Greg and the whole team. If I could give them TEN stars, I would do it! The entire experience was absolutely first-class and as close to perfect as could possibly be from the moment that I stepped into my consultation appt until my 7 month follow up today! The results were amazing and way better than I ever thought that they could be. For years I was losing my hair at the hairline and honestly thought I would never get it back until this awesome group changed that for me. It looks completely natural and it has only been 7 months! You would never even know that I had the procedure done unless somebody had told you. The hair started growing around week 6 and has completely grown in now with even more thickening to come! I have not wore a hat in MONTHS because I look like I did in my twenties again! I will say this…if you are on the fence about a transplant and want your hair back so you can have your normal look back, DO IT!!! I promise you when you look back, you will be so glad you did it. My new hair looks identical to the existing hair and blends perfectly. This team actually CARES about their patients and wants to do the very best job possible. The culture in the office is incredible and the energy there is second to none. The best part about their group is that it is right here in St. Louis and you do not have to travel overseas for a top-quality transplant. I could not be more thankful for this team and would recommend them and urge anyone to get the procedure done that had suffered hair loss like I did. I was concerned about the invasiveness of the procedure but the local anesthesia made it honestly painless and the recovery, other than itching and irritation from donor area (That only lasted a few days maybe 6-7 days), was so easy! I did take a week off of work just to let it heal and I am very glad I did just to let the body rest and recover but I would do it a thousand more times. It was 100% worth it and I hope you make the same decision I did because it will you your old self back!

Just yesterday I had my FUE appointment. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. The staff was very polite and put me at ease. The worst part is the injections to numb your head, but after that it feels like you are wearing a helmet, and cant feel a thing. I ended up dozing off during part of the procedure, it was that good. The first night of sleep wasn't great, but I think it was solely because I'm not used to sleeping propped up and nothing to do with pain. I have had hardly no pain the following day. In fact, I'm at 24 hours post surgery right now and other than the back of my head feeling a little tight(and a shaved head), I can't really feel a difference. Another great benefit, my wife has been telling me to do nothing, I tried to do dishes and she told me to go lay down...OK! Thank you, Greta, Vivian, Dr. Pawlinga, the other staff members who helped make this a nice experience. I can't wait to see the results in 6 months.

Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Pawlinga, Gregg Kreyling and the entire staff at St. Louis Hair Restoration. I’m truly amazed by what they were able to do for me. I have my 20 year old hairline again. People I haven’t seen in awhile are amazed also. Nothing about the procedure was painful in the least. I wish I’d have had this done earlier in life, but better late than never I suppose. I would whole heartedly recommend St. Louis Hair Restoration to anyone who wants to improve their appearance. I need more haircuts now, but I’m happy to deal with that.

Greg and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The FUE procedure was very smooth, they were very helpful with the post procedure routine and checking in very often after the procedure was performed. Would definitely recommend going to them if anyone has concerns about their hair.

I had a great experience at St. Louis Hair Restoration. Gregg and his medical team were top notch and I never felt pressured to "close the deal" at my initial visit. When it came to my procedure I was grateful the nurse numbing my head used a technique to greatly reduce each needle stick from the anesthesia. It's little things like that which made me feel I was in good hands. Six months out I'm happy with the results and feel it was money well spent.
