I contacted Johnathan regarding basement foundation repair and basement wall repair work. My basement was a root cellar that had sustained water damage from leaks and heavy rain. The "before" pictures are not representative of how bad the basement was; the walls were dank, and the ceiling insulation had fallen down due to the high moisture levels. I was impressed by Johnathan's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge of the work needed during our first meeting. His team started work early, and in the process identified structural areas that needed repair due to the moisture. We expanded the scope of the project, and within two weeks, I had a basement that is safe, functional, and adds value to the house. This includes new insulation, a new floor, lally columns, and repaired walls. Johnathan and his team were knowledgeable, considerate, and worked to get each detail as perfect as possible. The team was there every morning at 8am worked through the day and adapted to my schedule. Johnathan was in contact daily and was on site pretty much every day. I highly recommend this team.
