We HIGHLY recommend Stone Concepts if you're looking for granite or any type of stone countertop. Michell was patient with us as we searched remnants to find the perfect vanity tops for our two bathrooms. We shopped for vanity tops at 3 different locations, and Stone Concept's prices were the best. For Quality, Choice and Price, Stone Concepts is the place to go.

I had the very best experience with the Stone Concepts team! They are communicative, efficient, cost-effective, and just a joy. My experience started with submitting a note on their website about the new kitchen countertops I wanted. I knew I was aiming for quartz and a white to go with my new blue cabinets. In less than 24 hours, Michell sent me a text and thus began a wonderful working experience. I loved texting him and he was such a partner in the process. He sent photos of pieces that he thought I'd like and got my dimensions so he could start a quote. I met him in person and reviewed the full pieces to make a decision. During the process, he was always there to find solutions. I have a bar overhang and when his team told him I'd need brackets, he immediately started finding affordable, streamlined options online. I like to know details and he was always happy to provide them. The install team were phenomenal! Respectful and efficient. It was all incredibly quick from first contact to completion. Sorry for the long review, but I can't stop sharing how amazing this company is! Can't recommend them enough.

Stone Concepts did a wonderful job reshaping our granite countertop and fitting a new sink into the space! Everything looked great when they were done.

We used Stone Concepts last summer for a kitchen remodel. Nothing to say but good things -- they got the special order quartz in a timely manner, took cabinet measurements and installed the countertop in less than a week (our contractor said he had never seen a turnaround that quick), and came back for a cosmetic repair (not their fault, manufacturer defect). I would work with them again in a second!

Michelle and his team did a wonderful job on updating my bathroom, fireplace and kitchen backsplash. He helped selecting the vanity, tiles, stones and even the grout. Granato and Patricia were polite, professional and good in their work. They always cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. I am very pleased with the results.

Stone Concepts installed a tile backsplash in my kitchen, and I absolutely love it! Every part of the process went super smoothly, and their prices were extremely fair for the quality of the work. The folks at the office were helpful and friendly, and the installers were absolute sweethearts! I 100% will be using Stone Concepts for any future tiling projects!

In order to install a new stove we had to have a couple of inches of countertop cut away. The job they did was both clean and professional. I can hardly tell that the countertop wasn't always cut this way.

Stone Concepts recently replaced our kitchen countertops with a wonderful quartzite product. We were able to see several full slabs in their inventory and pick the actual slab used in our home. They did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them.

A frequent remark I heard during my kitchen and bathroom remodeling project was "it must be so much fun." I did not find the process enjoyable because my obsessive thinking complicated every decision and at my age, I would have to live with my choices. I did not want what to base my decisions on what was "trending" and generally was shown samples that were in most design magazines. Even I felt sorry for the salespeople who tried to help me. So, when I went to Stone Concepts and met Kasey Kuchenbecker I knew I was in the right place. He listened to me describe my ideas and my goal to have a unique perspective. I could not be more pleased with the results. He pulled out a counter sample that was so beautiful and the rest of the decisions just fell into place. Best of all, it is not common in Madison and is probably a conservative choice. When you can share your dream (in my case it was vague and primarily based on not liking most options) with someone who is creative and has sense humor then a plan is just around the corner.

Excellent customer service and professional installers. I would strongly recommend this company, and will look to them for any similar projects I have in the future. Very pleased.

We had a very positive experience with Stone Concepts! We worked with Travis as we shopped for new countertops for our kitchen. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and all work was done in a timely and professional manner. We definitely recommend Stone Concepts!

A friend gave us the granite countertops they were having removed, to be cut down and installed in our kitchen. Not only was Stone Concepts the only company that would do the work, they did it with a positive attitude. The office staff extremely helpful and answered any questions I had, quickly and professionally. I can't say enough about the crew that fabricated, and installed, the countertops. They too were very professional and did an amazing job installing the tops. When they were finished, the kitchen was cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend Stone Concepts.

Had a pleasant process through and through with Stone Concepts. From going over the options in the workshop to the installation in home, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy with the finished product and it was all done in an impressive amount of time.
