I had a fantastic experience at Strength Sanctuary! The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, creating a motivating environment. The variety of classes and state-of-the-art equipment make each workout enjoyable. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Strength Sanctuary for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Dopest gym i’ve ever been to. it’s not like your typical commercialised gym setting. i come to work out but, i stay for the plants, the positive vibes and the good music. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! - They also have a “recovery room” with a sauna and ice bath which is a nice little treat after working out. I highly recommend this gym!! 💕 The owner is an absolute gem that genuinely cares about his clients. Oran and his beautiful partner Victoria are the most down to earth people - so if you’re considering joining, go chat to them. i have no regrets. Thank you Strength sanctuary!

This is such an amazing unique gym! The atmosphere is amazing super supportive just like all the workers and members! It’s a beautiful gym with amazing equipment and facilities and it feels like your training forest! Cannot recommend this gym more!

This gym has to be the most iconic facility I’ve ever experienced. Has the best gym culture for any newcomer or highly experienced trainer or athlete to become a part of. High end equipment, top tier personal trainers, group classes, ice bath, sauna, relaxing areas, community days and animal friendly. Having been an avid gym goer for many years, I can honestly say that Strength Sanctuary is the best gym community I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. What sets Strength Sanctuary apart from the rest? Where so many gyms are indoor, underground with little to no natural light or fresh air, Oran and Victoria have really created a unique indoor / outdoor garden with a chilled vibe and friendly 'family' atmosphere. You are always made to feel at home and pooches are welcome too!

I never liked the gym before I discovered Strength Sanctuary, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and positivity that instantly sets the tone for your workout. The atmosphere is simply inviting, with plants everywhere it truly is a vibe (also getting a plant on sign up is awesome)*) What truly sets Strength Sanctuary apart is its sense of community. The owners, are always approachable, whether you need a chat or some expert fitness advice. Their genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals shines through in every interaction. I also appreciate the dog-friendly policy, as it adds an extra layer of comfort and homeliness to the gym. It's clear that Strength Sanctuary isn't just a place to work out; it's a place where people come together to support and encourage one another on their fitness journeys. I signed up a year ago, and this gym has radically changed my life! The vibes of this place are incredible, the members are all welcoming, and you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door! The outdoor area and the sauna/ice bath space are magnificent, what a treat to soak up the sun after a heavy session and an ice bath!! Training at the sanctuary is definitely a game changer in your journey towards well-being and strength! Massive thanks to the Sanctuary and its entire team. 🙏

Strength Sanctuary is a unique and welcoming gym with great trainers. I've been a client for over a year and always benefit from my visits. Whether it's a PT session with Oran, meditation and breathing with Victoria or time in the ice bath/sauna, this place really is a sanctuary.

One of the best gyms I’ve been too. The atmosphere is incredible. Everyone is so lovely! The owners are such welcoming and kind people which makes it even better. Love to see the gym getting updating equipment and there’s also a sick recovery room with an ice bath & sauna too. The vibes are just immaculate. I live 30 minutes from this gym but make the effort to go there 3-4 times a month, simply because I love it so much. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the most welcoming, friendly and well equipped gyms I’ve had the pleasure of training at. The staff are constantly coming up with new and fresh ideas to bring the community closer together, as well as gathering feedback and implementing new, amazing equipment to facilitate anyone and everyone’s needs. Oran and Victoria also consistently offer helpful insight towards both your physical and spiritual journey. The sanc is the most wholesome gym community to be a part of! Oran and Victoria are always so welcoming to everyone who visits. The equipment is next level and they are always looking for any other great additions - their new citadel strength equipment is amazing quality. Aside from all of that, the sanc also has such a relaxing and holistic vibe - so many plants and gym pups 🐶 + sauna & ice bath area! I absolutely love this place

The Sanc is a welcoming, friendly, fun, dedicated gym with a vibe incomparable to any other. Not only does it provide a safe and encouraging environment/community, the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Would absolutely recommend viewing their library of books, the recovery sessions and meditation classes!! This amazing gym supports all aspects of self development and improvement.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience at your gym. While I appreciate certain aspects, there are areas that require attention. The gym equipment, in general, falls below expected standards, with some machines being potentially dangerous. Wobbly and uneven second hand equipment, that has given me back issues. Resistance equipment with squeaky unmaintained pulley systems. I strongly advise members to request demonstrations from staff, especially concerning the custom-made pendulum leg press, which I found to be a safety hazard (first hand experience). The ice bath, from which I unfortunately contracted a UTI, does not undergo water quality testing. I urge you to implement regular testing to ensure the health and well-being of all members. Additionally, this is an old deep freezer converted into an ice bath, with the power consistently running, even when in use, making it a very dangerous electrocution risk. I originally signed up with this gym, on account that they had this facility. However, management decided to create a seperate segregated area for this amenity and commenced charging an extra $10 a week on top of regular fees, for all members usage. My expressed disappointment to management, about this alteration, was met with no apologies or possiblity of accommodating a resolution. Instead I was berated with the claim management was entitled to make changes to contracts at any point in time, without notifiable agreement from members. This is unlawful and incorrect and begs the question, why have a contract at all? I also faced difficulty accessing the first aid kit when needed. The presence of uneven floors with cracks filled with fake grass poses safety risks. A significant concern arose from an incident involving a staff member who exhibited a complete disregard for personal space. Despite informing her of my neurodivergence and expressing my value for personal space, she insisted loudly and incorrectly that I was required to mention this on my joining forms. This misinformation is both false and a blatant deflection. Addressing these issues will undoubtedly enhance the overall experience and safety for all gym members. I trust that the management will take these concerns seriously and work towards creating a safer and more accommodating environment. Note* The excellent google reviews for Strength Sanctuary are mostly, if not all, written by the owners friends. It's a very supportive community of young people. I commend this aspect of this business, but keep in mind, most of the five star reviews you read here are not an accurate description of the amenities or environment. **The response to my concerns is a lot of hot air. Well worded nonsense. A simple resolution could have been reached. But Vicky has a lot of growing up to do.... All the best on your journeys.
