They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service which was prompt as well. I highly recommend this company which installed my new ring device!

Best business internet and phone service on the market

Had a home theater installed (>$20k). They said it would take 2 weeks, but was more like 2 months. Some times workers would not show up. Was difficult to balance personal work schedule with them. Installed a 9.1 surround sound system only to tell us afterward that very little is broadcast in that format and none of what we watch personally. Audio system does not work properly as several speakers do not work despite a technician insisting that they do. Company refuses to fix this without paying for a service appointment. HDMI cable was bundled so tightly that it compromised the connection to the receiver so now that works sporadically. Cabinet was installed facing 90 degrees away from sitting area so you have to get up and walk across the room to adjust volume. Also they recommended purchasing a high end router/modem to stream online content. We paid for this and it is actually worse than the AT&T router/modem. Another waste of money. Lastly, the subwoofer has a constant buzz which requires adjusting the volume down so that it effective negates the benefit of the subwoofer. The company basically shrugged and said 'that's the way it is'. Extremely disappointed. We wanted to support a small business, but you'd be better off getting Best Buy to install your system. We gave them chances to make things right, but they are unable or unwilling to do this.

I had a terrific experience with this company. They came out the day that I called and gave me an estimate. The job was done the next day. Great job all around. Very knowledgeable and more competitive than the company that advertises so much on tv. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good v and sound bar hung.

I was initially excited to work with these guys. Offered a prompt quote for a good price. They blew the appointment because someone got sick--ok fine, no big deal. They rescheduled for "next weekend" and never set a date. When I never heard back I called they said someone would call me back. 3 days later and not a word after multiple voicemails and text messages asking about it. Super unprofessional and totally unacceptable. Don't call this company if you've got a deadline or expect any communication about your project.

This company is extremely efficient and professional. They make sure that the work is properly installed correctly and in a timely manner. Adam and Lee pay close attention to the request of the customer and satisfy the customer. They also explain the process to the customer. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and colleagues in the future. Thanks Adam and Lee for your hard work and satisfaction of my television installation.:-)

Structured Technology were really friendly and knowledgeable of their trade to include products. They effectively communicated all thoughts and the product they were installing as well as ideas that could further improve my set up. I’m LOVING my 7.1 ATMOS and the clean lines in my room without seeing any wires!!! At minimum I would recommend anyone to just talk to Adam and listen how he can improve your listening and viewing experience!!!

Adam and Lee provided expert and professional service. They were on time and even came back to help me navigate the TV features. Another plus is they respond personally and promptly to phone calls.

100% recommend this company. I called a couple different companies for my home audio visual needs. Adam and his team were the quickest to respond. They were the most thorough in the estimation process. I had just purchased my home which had speakers throughout. The previous owner took all receivers and left me with blown speakers. Structured was not the cheapest. They were no where near the most expensive. However they have a genuine passion for doing a job right and giving the customer the best experience for their budget. ** side note: a really close friend of mine owns one of the more recognized companies in Birmingham. And I chose structured. I waited a couple weeks to post a review. I didn’t want to post one to soon about how awesome they were and have problems later. I’m not tech savvy, it’s not my thing. But, today I control my whole home with my phone and iPad. My speakers inside and out sound amazing. They’ve also checked on me twice to make sure I got it. When you spend money on home audio at the end of the day you want it to work, sound good, and be easy to work in front of company. All of those points are covered in this case and I can only think Adam and the gang for their service. I will be calling them in the future as I do add-ons. I recommend you at least let them check out your needs before you commit to any other company. Thank you structured technology. My backyard pool and man cave has the best sound in the neighborhood.

Great company!! Came out and put speakers in the ceiling throughout my house that I can control all from phone. This company really cares about its customers. I highly recommend this company and will be using again in the future.
