I haven’t used Stuart’s Carpet & Car Care for ages but asked Stuart to valet my van before putting it up for sale. Needless to say he did a brilliant job and the van was sold to the first buyer. Thanks very much Stuart! I won’t leave it so long next time!

I called Stuart on the Monday morning and he called on Wednesday afternoon and did a really good job on removing spilled tea stains on our bedroom carpet. He arrived promptly and a couple of hours later, a good job was well done. We are very pleased with the result - excellent work.

Very conscientious, considerate chap, helped me hugely by removing sand stains from a cream carpet in my new build, unexpectedly he even provided aftercare by way of cleaning products for any minor future issues that may occur.

Stuart did an excellent job removing all trace of mould from my car.  I'd left a window open a crack and not used the car for some time and mould had spread over the interior, particularly the seats. I'd recommend Stuart 100%.  The job he did was contientious and very thorough. He worked hard for hours and absolutely everything was deep cleaned top to bottom with the proper equipment and then thoroughly valeted.  It looks wonderful now and importantly I can feel confident the mould is gone and it's safe to drive my car. Very pleased indeed!

Last time I cleaned carpets was with a Carper Cleaner many years ago. It was hard work, slow and time consuming. Every few minutes I had to empty dirty water tank and refill and then there was the expense of buying dedicated cleaning products. Yes, the carpet did look cleaner but not significantly. Was never impressed with quality of unit and then problems of storage. Ultimately I sold cleaner. Following move to Norfolk, decided to look for a dedicated Carpet Cleaner. Found Stuart’s details in local publication and decided to use service in July of last year. I was not disappointed. Stuart was very friendly and quietly got on with his work. Found he was very knowledgable when it came to carpet care and cleaning agents to use depending upon carpet material. He had a monster of a machine that cleaned and retained dirty water until work completed. The results were pleasing and certainly on a badly stained light coloured rug, results were impressive and far superior than I suspect you would achieve with a traditional Carpet Cleaner. Stuart also used a specific spot cleaning agent on badly soiled area’s of carpet. Whereas Vanish Carper cleaner, which I have used historically would invariably bleach carpet, this didn't and results were amazing. Stuart left a bottle and when I had run out. Spoke to Stuart who kindly dropped off 2 more bottles. Excellent customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart to those who are considering having their carpets cleaned.
