We used Suburban Chimney Solutions to make repairs to our chimney. Patrick was very responsive and the communication was great. Kelly did our repair, with almost 20 years of experience, our chimney looks fantastic! The bricks match perfectly. I would highly recommend this company and have already passed their name onto 2 friends.

I had a fantastic experience with Suburban Chimney Solutions. During the initial sales consultation the representative took the time to explain each part of the process and why they approach it that way, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. I received a couple of other quotes, but none were as detailed or informative. Patrick coordinated the project, keeping me updated every step of the way, and they even managed to complete the job a week ahead of schedule! The team did an outstanding job on our 1922 home, pouring a new crown, re-tuckpointing, and closing an auxiliary flue. The job site was left spotless, and I felt respected and valued as a customer throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Suburban Chimney Solutions and would absolutely hire them again for any future chimney work.

My old ass chimney fell down this summer and I'm not going to lie, I had no idea what to do. Im so grateful we finally found Suburban Chimney because I was lost and overwhelmed, especially since my insurance company wouldnt even send someone out. But working with Patrick at SCS made my experience of my situation so much easier time and time again. Patrick is extremely friendly and easy to chat with. He'll give you a ton of knowledge in a fun and easy conversation. He sent an inspector right away who provided a same day transparent quote. The masons who came out were very professional and polite. They did a fabulous job on my new chimney and she shines like a beacon of hope atop my East Side Palace. Ten-outta-ten. if your chimney falls you know who to calls

SUPER PLEASED with the work that Suburban Chimney Solutions did to repair our chimney. They were in and out in two days, and it looks original to our 1926 home. (New roof will be put on next week, so they did not do the flashing.)

Suburban Chimney Solutions carved out time in their schedule to get our job done. They showed up, and immediately got to work which was difficult because of the pesky rain which kept randomly showing up at different times. But, they managed to get it done in a few short days which was amazing. The project was done quickly, efficiently, and the customer service provided was fantastic. SCS gave me a thorough explanation of the issues with our chimneys and a quote that was much more reasonable than the other companies I contacted. They completed 2 large crowns and caps within 2 days, added extra water proofing and a lifetime warranty. Good communication from Patrick and a solid job from Kelly.
