For anyone looking to completed their TAE (Trainer and Assessor), I couldn’t recommend this company enough. From the very beginning with enquiring about the course details and choosing my mode of study, Kelly was beyond helpful (with an impressive memory) and promptly answers all of my questions. I have worked in administration roles for years, and I have to say Kelly is a real asset to the team! I completed the face-to-face workshop with Chris as my instructor over 5 days where a group of us power worked through the folder/booklet that you are given and, in this workshop, you are able to present in front of the group (which is one of the required assessment pieces) which is super helpful. I personally benefited from the face-to-face classes because they really set me up for understanding the course material, what is expected, how to complete the assessments and I could ask questions in the moment when I wasn’t sure on something. Chris is an amazing trainer; he creates a really supportive environment in class and walks you through the content at a comfortable pace. Once you go home there is online content that you can watch to help you complete the rest of the work and honestly the videos are so helpful. They lead you through how to complete the tasks and if I ever got stuck the support was always there. The class material itself can be labour intensive, lots of hand writing involved, but it is definitely achievable. Some parts are challenging and will have you thinking (but that’s what you want!) and be prepared for your hand muscles you be worked! But it’s such a rewarding feeling when you finally get the certificate in the mail! I was so pleased with my whole experience with this company and would highly recommend! Thanks again STA team!

I recently completed the trainer and assessor skill set with success training academy. This was complied with 2.5 days in class and some modules to complete in my own time. Chris Jones was super helpful all the way through, I expressed to him that I found it a little difficult to interpret information and he was super helpful along the way, even made time to assist with my trading via emails and phone calls through the online learning process. Could recommend Chris enough as a trainer and all the Staff there.

User friendly to get enrolled. The face to face (zoom) course clearly outlines what is expected of you, and sets you up for success to work on your own. Help is always just a email or call away. would highly recommend!
