Our place flooded while we were out of town and our insurance claim was denied. I reached out and Jay was quick to respond and visit in order to see if they could assist. He was professional yet caring and did everything he could to help us assess the situation. Communication was prompt and efficient. Although we ultimately couldn't work together, Jay and his firm are solid and I would not hesitate to contact him again or refer him to friends and family if there is ever a need for a public adjuster!

ROBERT WON called my brother and broke news we were waiting to tell him. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL people we have ever dealt with. After being called out for calling my brother they lied and said they never called. I have the phone numbers and know it was you. NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND MASSIVE LIARS.

It is unfortunate that this company states very clearly that they are here to "maximum possible recovery" when the claimant would have been way better off working directly with the insurance company. We hope that future clients of theirs are aware of the extreme financial burden they will be left with by using their services. The fee they charge is not collected in any way and you will be left with the cost.

I used to work for HIG. October 1994 till March 2021.
I came in just after Iniki hurricane. People were not happy. I flew to the islands where the claims were. Big island, Kauai and Maui for the most part.
If a claim was righteous, I paid it. With no question. The only time I got underwriting involved was when there was an unexpected and or undocumented use of the property which would expose excess liability.
I'm sorry you experienced delay and your policy was affected. I would ask your agent what happened. And the best of luck to you.

I called several public adjuster firms and Greg Clifford at Sun Point is the only person who took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Greg went above and beyond by taking time out of his day to help me understand my claim. Greg also walked me through several examples of arguments I can make against my insurance company who is trying to not pay me for the fair value of my property. Greg is terrific. We suffered a catastrophic pipe burst in our Mill Valley home. The carrier sent in their Emergency Service vendor and a Consulting Contractor to stop damages, dry out the home and evaluate the rebuild costs. The insurance evaluation and payments we received were insufficient to do the repair work. In fact, the insurance contractor did not want to do the work for their estimate. Months passed with no re-evaluation. The carrier was not budging. We needed assistance to get the insurance company and their vendors to correct the scope and cost of repairs. We reached out to SunPoint Public Adjuster for help. Boy did they help! Jim Bledsoe assembled and led the SunPoint Team. His high energy, strong communication skills and leadership were instrumental in engaging the carrier and vendors. We had many technical experts from SunPoint including Megan Neal. Megan did a fantastic job of working with us on documenting and itemizing the non-salvage contents loss - that was an issue we had not yet addressed. SunPoint worked diligently to document and support the increased scope and cost of damages that existed to our home. Also, instead of getting thrown out of our rental apartment, Jim was able to negotiate an extension that included a cost of living increase for the landlord. The carrier agreed with this adjustment - something we tried to get through but could not get the carrier to do on our own. Thank you Sunpoint, Jim Bledsoe and team. We were able to secure contractors based on the updated evaluations and are now are back in our home! We highly recommend retaining SunPoint. SunPoint was hired late in the process, yet still successfully got the revisions we needed. Our restaurant was shutdown due to damages sustained in the Lahaina wildfire. We needed help on our Commercial Insurance loss as there were a lot of moving parts - Business Income, Extra Expense, Business Personal Property, Tenant Improvements and Betterments, etc. We retained SunPoint in large part due to the team of experts they had on staff. Steve Miller, SunPoint's Director of Forensic Accounting (CPA, CGMA), Jenny Piazza SunPoint Business Personal Property Consultant were two key SunPoint employees that ensured we documented the full value of our loss. Steve and Jenny were great! Jim Bledsoe was the handling SunPoint Commercial Large Loss Adjuster that managed the claim and communicated with all parties. I got to know Jim well and was impressed with his communication skills, particularly his letters. With Jim's management of the claim, we were able to get timely payments and ultimately the limit on several coverage lines. These are talented, passionate folks that held important positions on the carrier side before (switching sides) moving over to the client side of the industry. Our family suffered total loss wildfire damages in Lahaina in August of 2023. The insurance company was delaying issuance of full limit payments. I'm happy to report that SunPoint Public Adjusters provided the expertise to document and defend the scope and cost of these repairs. I retained SunPoint late but am glad I got them involved. In the end I received policy limits on all coverage lines. It involved a team of SunPoint professionals starting with Jim Bledsoe the Executive General Adjuster, Elaine Gulino and a group of SunPoint Consulting experts. Jim Bledsoe did a great job of managing the team and engaging the insurance company. If you are having problems with your insurance company I highly recommend contacting SunPoint.

I had a fire in my small business and within 2 days they had people at my property which is about 6 hrs away from there office. sunpoint did and amazing job dealing with the carrier and got me the maximum out of my policy. the carrier I had kept trying to jerk me around and they had to keep switching there representI've so it was very frustrating. the people at Sunpoint stayed on top of them and got me paid quickly so I could start rebuilding and keep my store in business. they also had good advise for renovating my warehouse to use as a store and the carrier paid for the whole thing. I truly appreciate the help from sunpoint.

We lost our home, contents, workshop, trees and landscaping to a recent California Wildfire. It's been a tough couple of years but I'm happy to report that we have rebuilt and are back in our new furnished home! Our LNU Lightning Complex wildfire claim changed how I view insurance companies. The carrier claims department utilized an out of state adjuster who was inundated with losses, had no authority, and rather than trying to help us recover losses was focused on minimizing the scope of damages.
Our family needed help to get a fair resolution. We retained SunPoint Public Adjusters to advocate on our behalf and they immediately went into action. Spearheading the SunPoint Team was Jim Bledsoe out of Davis, California. With SunPoint's persistent efforts, things began moving in our favor and the scope of damages was finally acknowledged and an agreement was reached.
Having an advocate like Jim Bledsoe is a necessity and his knowledge in this realm is key to receiving a fair settlement. He was a claims director for a large insurance company prior to switching sides - to the insured side. We experienced a major garage fire at our home in El Granada California. The garage was destroyed, but there was smoke and water damage throughout the house.

When I asked them the 14 questions I had to ask all public adjusters before hiring one they seemed very suspicious. They said the only people who have ever asked those kinds of questions were attorneys. From that point in they were very careful on how to reply to my questions and that was a bit of a disappointment. Why were they so worried about my simple questions about their licenses, insurance and references? Because I was so thorough it seemed that they didn't want to take my case. I desperately needed help. Thank God for NW Claims Management.

My house received unexpected damage from other people and was in great trouble. Not knowing how the claim should be treated between multiple insurance companies, so I wasted a lot of my time and I was annoyed.
Luckily I was able to get some advice from Steve, and I realized that the stress I had was due to being an amateur surrounded by insurance people and nobody was on my side.
He understood the situation and was quick to point out things I wouldn't have noticed in 100 years. If you do not understand how each insurance company works, it will not come out. He also explains in a way that is easy to understand for me. So if you have to deal with more than one insurance company, I strongly recommend.
