Rick spent hours going through the home we are purchasing. He took pictures and tested things I would never have even thought about from the garage door to the windows to how the microwave vents! He then walked us through the house explaining the current condition of every single system - HVAC, exterior, interior, plumbing, electrical - and gave us recommendations for upgrading each that we asked about. He then sent us the most detailed report with tons of pictures. I highly, highly recommended hiring Rick to inspect your next home purchase!
