Hello, about 6 weeks ago I had my first Ayuvedic consultation with Ram. The process has been wonderful, Ram and his team have been supportive, professional, kind, and very impactful on my way of life. I cannot recommend this practice enough to those interested in Ayurvedic living. They also have a wide range of top quality products available. I have fallen in love with the authentic handmade incense sticks! Thank you Ram and team for the incredible work you all do and for bringing your knowledge to Australia ???

The Dr is easy going and caring, but I didn’t always feel listened to or understood and didn’t feel that my root cause of illness was benefited by the program. It was also extremely disappointing and very unprofessional to hear the doctors wife slandering and speaking negatively of other Ayurveda business' and schools in Australia! I found this very unprofessional, inappropriate and to be lacking in integrity. I found the constantly changing daily appointment times very stressful and that my meal times were constantly changing to accommodate this. I had thought that one of the basic principles of Ayurveda was having a routine and set mealtimes... I saw some weight loss and clearer skin, but without eliminating the root cause of my digestive issues, I put the weight back on and my skin became less clear again. All the toxins are piling back on. I saw no noticeable change in my digestion throughout the cleanse or after. I had to move from the area due to unforeseen circumstances and out of respect notified the center and cancelled my appointment. I was disappointed not to receive a confirmation that the message had been received and acknowledgment that my appointment was cancelled. I unfortunately would not recommend this center and suggest that clients go elsewhere where there is a high level of professionalism and integrity as well as a place that sticks to the most fundamental rules of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is always my priority when I am not feeling well. After moving Sunshine coast I was quite worried to find a right Ayurveda clinic. Now, I am completely satisfied with Dr Ram's consultation and his expertise. Fully Recommended.

What a good place to get all our ayurveda needs met! My husband and I travelled from NSW to Sunshine Ayurveda for a 2 week Panchakarma detox. Dr Ram Mani Bhandari is a kind and highly trained professional who gives individual consultation and guidance.We arrived with the usual array of mid-life ailments, and left feeling pain-free and lost weight without much effort. We also had some lovely walks by the sea and enjoyed beautiful Maroochydore!

Best Panchakarma Ever! The last years have been challenging for me as I have had so many health issues, a friend told me Ayurveda was going to help. I was sceptic as nothing was really working. I went to see Dr Ram who explain everything in detail and inspired me to follow Ayurveda as a path of life. I did the two weeks panchakarma program and definitely love it, it's a nourishing experience, I felt treated like a Queen. I got different treatments every day; Ayurvedic massage, Nasya (Nose treatment), Shirodhara (Third eye opening), Kati Vasti etc. All this made by an experienced team who are always welcoming and caring. Now I understand why Ayurveda is the mother of medicine. Since then I feel renovated and rejuvenated. Thank you!
