Absolute awesome service from all the team at Sunsmart Solar. My first appointment was with Josh who came out and had a look at my solar and fixed my issues and actually took the time to explain what was going on. Then Callum for organising everything and then to Jayden and Lachy who came out and got most stuff down while it was raining. So happy with the end result and the purchase of more panels and another battery stack. Thanks very much to all of you at Sunsmart Solar

I had a great experience with SunSMART. Callum & John are very knowledgeable and professional. They were very informative and could fit my system in very quickly. The price was also the best I obtained from several companies with superior panels and inverter than the others. There are no salesmen involved with SunSmart. I would definitely recommend them.

i recently had a second solar system installed after lengthy research online. there are so many cheap systems advertised but looking into them i found a trail of destruction.
i found some really great reviews on Sunsmart Sunshine Coast, so phoned them for a consultation. from the getgo i found them to be knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. The quote came in at a very reasonable price for quality equipment. i had the instal completed inside the schedule time and found the instal team to be friendly and professional even removing shoes before coming in to use the bathroom without me asking. id like to thank Criss for the thorough run thru when commissioning the system which included an installation of an EV charger aswell. Everything is up and running and talking to each other just fine. Since instal i have been contacted to see how everything is going which is nice. i would recommend SunsmartSC to anyone and will certainly use them again when i decide on batteries.

So happy to recommend Josh at SunSmart who came out to assess an error code on my inverter after the cyclone. I feared I would need a new inverter or a whole new solar system, however Josh was quickly able to determine that one panel was smashed and water had entered, which was shorting the inverter, and was able to bypass the cracked single panel so I would have a working system (minus the one panel), a much cheaper and preferable option for me. Really happy about that. Josh explained it all, checked my system to see how effectively it was producing energy, and took photos to show me of the panel. Excellent service, and all done in one call out fee. I will use this company again when it’s time to fully upgrade.

We were very impressed with the team from SunSmart. Despite all the recent weather challenges, they arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and professionally. Communication in the lead up was very good, consistent with our dealings overall with the company.

We were very impressed with SunSmart Solar from start to finish.
Our intitial inquiry was via their website's comprehensive questionaire. They followed up quickly with a phone call to fill in the blanks, then within a day we had a quote, which was highly competitive.
From here, Josh did the site visit and answered all our questions.
We selected them from 5 providers we'd looked at in depth.

SunSmart were onsite for the installation within a couple of weeks. Jayden, Lachie and Callum arrived early and were most obliging, completing a neat and tidy installation by day's end.

The new system is working well and the app makes it a breeze to monitor the savings.

Overall, Sunsmart is a very professional organisation who has done everything they promised. Their people are impressive.

Josh was great to deal with. Checked out our system and bill to see if suited for a battery added on and mentioned the payback would take many years, so not worthwhile yet. We did discuss potentialy adding solar panels and upgrading the inverter but again not recommended at this stage given our usage. We really appreciate his honesty and would strongly recommend this business.

These guys are great to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable. I had a few quotes from different companies and Sunsmart was very competitive and best value for money.
They have installed 13.2kw of solar and a Sungrow 3 phase inverter on my workshop. No more power bills for my business. We will get them to upgrade the system at our home too. Thanks guys.

Good communication and friendly staff

We had Josh conduct a solar health check on our 13.2kw system. He quickly identified an issue from the original installation procedure that meant our system was only working to 50% of its capacity. He explained it very clearly and proceed to resolve the issue for us. Josh also took the time to check a few other things relating to our system. Extremely impressed with his service, advice and knowledge of solar systems and batteries.

The whole team from SunSmart Solar were perfectly professional, genuine and friendly from the get go. I was able to collaborate openly with Josh on the most compatible system and design for our roof, which has shade challenges. There was no BS tactics. just straightforward information and sound advice provided. Jayden and Zeb installed the system during a heat wave, and had my utmost respect for their endurance and attention to detail despite the arduous conditions. Nothing was a problem for them. A very hardworking and deserving bunch. The panels look great, the quality and workmanship is excellent and the system is performing beautifully and as described it would. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

Excellent - I researched 3 suppliers in my area and these guys came out the best using the matrix of considerations I used. The panels & Hybrid inverter system have been operating for a couple of days now and for the first time ever I am in surplus with my energy provider! I'm new to the solar power generating world but Matt, Callum and team are helping me understand how to get the best out of the system. I have opted for a Hybrid Modular system so I can add a battery and more panels later if I want. If you are a potential Solar panel system buyer my review after a few days since the install is 5 stars excellent.

I strongly recommend SunSmart. I originally chose them as they were so knowledgeable, approachable and patient when I was deciding my solar and inverter system. The installation process was quick and easy and their pricing was competitive to all the other quotes I got.
I haven't had any issues with my solar system in the year since it was installed and happy to assist with my questions I still have. Great service.
