What a great company to deal with. I have nothing but praise, for this company, when it comes to Service. My panel layout, and roof pitch, is complicated to say the least. When I contacted other companies, they were, Way too unaffordable, or unable / unwilling to help me achieve the 10.5 kW system. However, when I spoke to Leo, not only did he help me, to achieve my goal, but gave me the best deal, out of any other company, that I contacted. I also want to thank Martin, For all his help and advice. What a great bunch of guys. Many thanks, Sun Solar Energy.

I recently used Sunsolar service to install our 8kw solar panel and 10kw Growatt battery. Tim and Brett was very helpful and making sure that the process is smooth as possible for us. On the day of the installation, the electrician's team (Wang) arrived on time, were professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. The work was completed quickly (half day) , safely, and with attention to detail. Couldn't be more impressed with the boys!
I highly recommend Sunsolar and Wang's team and thank you for a job well done!

Keep away very unprofessional and no customer service whatsover as the consumer you have to constantly follow up with them. Do not waste your money run run run look for a reputable solar supplier. I paid my initial deposit well over 5 weeks ago and no contact made whatsoever in relation to approval or installation. I as the customer had to constantly follow up. Upon doing more research they are a Melbourne based company with fake addresses posted on their website for Sydney offices which do not exist. They play the blame game constantly, they did not honour the contract for installation and still waiting for my refund of the deposit intially paid. Save yourself any stress do not use this company.

From the very first consultation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. Pushy sales people, and despite asking 5 times via email to be taken off the mailing list they haven't. Still getting constant spam from them.
Certainly wouldn't trust any after sales support from them.
Funny that every other VEU rebate chasing company I asked could follow such a simple instruction yet your company cannot.

My experience with SunSolar has been great, great price and the installation took place within a short period of time. As soon as SolarVictoria has approved my application, installation happened the very next day! Once done, I was told that the electrician will come within 2 weeks time to inspect, but it only took 3 days! Currently waiting for the export to grid setup but all in all, very happy to engage with this company. Thank you!
