Super service plumbers and heating was quick and responsive when my heat went out. They were able to send a tech the same day - Omar diagnosed the problem and was back in less than 24 hours with the parts to fix. Even stayed a little extra time to make sure the heating unit was running properly. Omar was great!

I hardly ever write reviews but I will say this company and more specifically Omar who works for them absolutely earn every 5 star review they receive. I came across this company on Google and figured I'd give them a call. A man named Omar was dispatched to the property I needed assistance with and his response was extremely prompt, he told me he'd be there in an hour and a half and was there in an hour. He displayed technical know-how to a degree I've seen few (if any) plumbers have when it comes to plumbing systems. He explained things in such a clear and concise manner that even a newbie like myself could completely grasp the concept of what he was talking about. Out of pure curiosity I watched him work each step of the way. Most people would feel extremely pressured under those circumstances but he didn't flinch or bat an eye. Step by step not only did he complete the task in it's entirety correctly but in the midst of doing so he was also explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what the purpose of it was. I'm extremely glad I called this company for help and even more so that it was Omar who they sent to my property. I'll certainly be employing their services again for all my properties going forward!

Omar and crew showed up on time and tried their best to track down a leak that we couldn’t seem to replicated the day after it happened. They stuck around for hours trying to find the issue and even though the leak hasn’t presented itself again (knock on wood) they assured us that they’d be back as soon as it happens again. They’re very honest and approachable. I would definitely bring them back for future projects.

Omar went above and beyond to provide us with excellent, honest service. We called a few companies that told us we needed a new furnace, but Omar diagnosed the problem, installed a new part, and got the heat up and running the same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend! Omar is trustworthy and passionate about customer service.

I needed someone to do a tune up on my boiler to make sure it was all set for the coming winter. Omar was able to get me in next day. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Super plumbers. The owner took the time to walk me through fixing my hot water heater on Christmas. He went above and beyond and didn’t expect anything in return.

Wow unreal business. My heat went out on Thursday at 4:55 pm and I couldn’t get in touch with our usual plumber. I called around montclair and businesses were closed. Super Plumbers called me back and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. He detected the issue immediately and walked me through turning back on our boiler and hot water heater. Thanks again for saving us from a cold night / no hot water!

Called for water heater install. Was very professional and offered to do the job the next day. Then I asked a question about his quote and if permits were included and he told me I was being "too difficult" and didn't want to work with me. Turns out he was charging me double anyway. Wouldn't recommend.

I can not rave enough about Frank and Super Plumbers. I'm visiting my parents in NJ bc my mom is sick and their AC broke in 95 degree heat. I called at 5pm and Frank was here by 6pm, fixed the unit, was super kind, knowledgeable, helpful. It's an old unit and will probably die again but he got it working and quoted a very reasonable price for a new HVAC when the system goes completely. This is one load off for my elderly parents and I couldn't be more grateful for Super Plumbers.
