Horrible translation accuracy
The translation is incorrect. They screwed up so many places on one page that I've lost count. They screwed up reiterating someone's name from Vietnamese (with accents) to English (literally just the same letters without any accents).

Supposed “IT Outage”
I would not recommend going through this company. I placed my order and got it confirmed, then later in that morning I got an email stating that they see the translation but can’t pin point the order would need me to place another transaction in order to move forward.
