Really disappointed with the quality of service I received. Over the phone I was told the technician would quote me for the service before performing work. He went ahead and did the work without doing so and charged me $200+ for a dryer vent cleaning. This place does not seem friendly to women who live by themselves.

I book Suttle Air for my clients after we've completed remodeling their home to clear all the drywall and construction dust from their duct system. They always do a great job and are thorough, clean, and professional. I highly recommend Suttle Air.

I swear your timely response is keeping us confident of the fix and the follow ups have been great. Great company culture starts with how responsive they are to Customers calls and concerns!! Any company that lacks basic Empathy are bound to fail !! Company I used prior to reaching out to Suttle were downright awful, disrespectful, and lacked utter empathy to our concerns. We were dealing with a broken A/C with Heat Wave going on here in Arizona !! We have 2 80 year olds at home and 2 kids !! They kept us in the dark for 3 weeks. Wish we got in touch with Suttle earlier!! Thanks so much. A/C is still not fixed but thats nothing to do with Suttle but delay in parts!! My AC had been out for almost three days in Phoenix (!) and my current AC partner wasn’t able to get anyone to see me. I called Suttle Air and they had someone out that afternoon to check on my system. Their tech was professional, direct, and helped me understand everything that was going on with my unit, as well as double-checked some repairs that had been recently done by my other AC provider to give me peace of mind. Definitely will be moving my business to Suttle!

If you need any ac work done I highly recommend these guys I was nervous to find out how much my AC would cost to get fixed but Suttle Air made the process fast convenient and affordabled. Definitely coming back if I ever need work done again:)
