I had my photos done last week. The process was great-from booking to the actual experience on the day! Mel knew exactly the photo to use for what I wanted! And Mel wen t above and beyond to get the best out of the shoot.
Simone was fantastic with doing my hair and make up, it was totally ME! She asked about what I normally did with my hair/make up and she did a great job.
I can't wait to use my photos for my business!

I had a wonderful experience with Sydney Headshot Photos—from having my hair and make-up done by Simone Pentzoldt, to the photo shoot with Melanie, to receiving the final results! They both create a lovely, warm and relaxing environment, and really listen to the client. I couldn't be happier with the photos and have been excited to start using them! The whole process from initial booking to order confirmation was seamless and user friendly.

I'm very happy with the results of the photo session. The outcome was a selection of photos in a gallery that I am so grateful to have to choose from, with 2 clear favourites.
As a novice to a professional photo shoot I felt that the pre-session emails from Melanie helped with understanding what would happen in the session (tip: do the homework before the session!). The 'getting to know you' with Melanie at the start of the session did help me feel relaxed. However I did feel nervous and awkward in front of the camera as this scenario was new to me. Melanie did pick up on my nervousness during the session and was very encouraging with positioning to get the best photos possible and getting me to present a natural smile. I can highly recommend services of Sydney Headshot Photos for quality headshot photos.

As an introvert, I was dreading having a headshot taken but make up artist Simone and photographer Melanie made it an enjoyable experience and I'm very happy with the results.
Booking was easy and efficient, the studio was comfortable and on the day Melanie was constructive and patient. She also sent the photos through quickly.

Mel was very warm and professional, beginning the session with some tailored tips around stance and positioning. She was patient and took her time to make sure she captured the most natural poses. The photos turned out great and the airbrushing made the final product exceptional! I’ll certainly be coming back to her for my next corporate headshot.

My experience with Mel at Sydney Headshots - Taren point, was nothing short of fantastic. My photos are authentic and I am so happy with the results. I was nervous but Mel's calming nature and expertise made it an enjoyable process. She is a magician and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The only trouble you will have is picking which amazing photo you want. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a professional photo.

No regrets! Met and exceeded my expectations. Mel made me feel comfortable, as did the MU artist, I enjoyed the experience and really happy with my photo. I loved that there was a screen facing me so each photo Mel took I could see the result in real time. Mel is very knowledgeable about angles and giving me the alternative angle for comparison. From booking to, receiving the selection of photos to review and receiving the final photo was easy and efficient. The details received in booking confirmation also informed me on what to expect and the process. Thankyou again, I recommend Mel!

What a fantastic and professional experience with Mel! All questions about the process are explained on the website and disclaimer before the session. I had a great time as it was a relaxed atmosphere. Personally I don't enjoy taking photos, however having a conversation with Mel was nothing but fun and enjoyable. Definitely the most stunning photos of myself that I have ever seen because she managed to capture my "true smile" unknowingly.
