A big shout out to Caroline, a slight issue with delivery (couriers fault) but refunded the delivery cost. Excellent customer service and excellent Darent Valley rods, I'm definitely coming back, absolutely well happy !!!

As a first time customer and using Google Pay to pay for your order - as we are not covered by seller protection we always do a second security check, this is not only for our benefit but yours as well. You informed our customer service manager that you did not have a utility bill as you had recently moved, we suggested you supply some form of ID from your previous address - again you said you did not have anything. You requested the order be cancelled and refunded - which was done straight away. We have had many customers who are more than happy to provide extra id as a security check and they understand there is a lot of fraud happening with online payments nowadays.
I accidentally broke the red tip on my Darent Valley 8ft specialist rod, totally my fault, phoned The Tackle Box on Thursday morning and explained the problem, the guy had a word with the manager and told me it would be replaced for the cost of posting, I was so chuffed I bought a new reel from them, both were delivered on the Friday morning, absolutely amazing service, highly recommended.

Regular here but the other day I did a click and collect for a set of carp porter handles for the first time as I wanted to run in and run out quick before work. Was in and out within 2 minutes.

Went to The Tackle Box for the first time with my 8 year old son. We needed a rod set up for him. All the staff were very helpful. Mark kindly set up the rod and explained what all the parts were and how to use them whilst fishing. We were amazed by how helpful the staff in this store were and how busy it was. The atmosphere was so friendly from the staff and customers. This will be our main tackle shop from now on. A special thank you to Mark.
