Fast efficient extremely kind JP.

John Pierre (JP) serviced my AC unit. He was great in walking me through the problem found and the resolution. JP was courteous and speedy in fixing my AC unit.

Out AC unit was clogged, and JP came out within 15 minutes of me calling. It was 2 days after a hurricane hit, but they found time. Came over, fixed the unit and completed the job in under an hour. So grateful for their quick service.

Mark came out on a Sunday (holiday weekend) when all the other companies I contacted told me Wednesday was the earliest appointment. Mark fixed the problem quickly and his prices were great as well. I highly recommend this company! Thank you, Michael

If you're looking for an honest A/C repair guy, Mark will do the job. We requested he come out to check our units bec they were talktalking ag time to cool. He ausecame out the next day to take a look but didn't find anything wrong. He checked the coils, the outside fans, and the inside units (for mold, etc.) After explaining possible causes for the slow cooling, I thanked him, and asked him to come out for our first maintenance the next day. The next day he came out to flush our drain and clean our coils. He was fast, professional, and honest, explaining how we could do the job ourselves if we wanted to save money in the future, and that our unit was already very clean. He could have told me we needed freon, or that we needed some part, or whatever. Instead, he decided to take the honest route. That's why I'm leaving this review.
