Everything about our safari was seamless. Jackson was very professional and responsive when it came to booking our trip and all our needs were catered for easily and nothing seemed like too much trouble what so ever. On the day of our trip to the Ngorongoro Crater, our driver Dickson picked us up from our accommodation at the exact requested time for a prompt departure. Dickson is a very knowledgeable man and was constantly telling us all about the local area as we approached the gates of the conservation area and continued to be a fountain of interesting information throughout our trip. We all had an incredible experience encountering a vast variety of wildlife and we all learnt a lot along the way. We also had nervous passengers in our party and we all felt that Dickson is a very mindful, conscientious and most importantly safe diver. We are very much looking forward to using these guys again and can not recommend highly enough!!

Our safari experience was amazing!! Not only did we see all the animals we were hoping to, plus a couple extra, the truck was comfortable, the driving was excellent, and Jackson was amazing. He knew so much about every animal, as well as geological history and Tanzanian history, as well as current events. We had so much fun chatting with him the entire ride- which is saying something given we only had a day so it was a 12 hour ride! Highly recommend!!

Jackson was an amazing safari guide! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals we saw and made sure to prioritise the ones we were most excited about. We were unbelievably lucky to see so many animals up close. His calm and professional demeanor made us feel very safe throughout the tour. Jackson was knowledgeable, engaging, and made every part of the journey enjoyable.He made sure that we felt safe and also made it memorable. I was not a fan of safari as I grew up in Kenya but I really enjoyed it through him. He was knowledgeable , knew everything and also had everything that we needed , even if it was alittle as a phone charger. I learned so much while having a lot of fun. An Unforgettable Adventure with Jackson

Jackson was our guide during a five-day safari in Tanzania, and from the moment he picked us up at the Kenya border, he showed incredible enthusiasm and passion for his work. He promised us an amazing adventure, and he absolutely delivered.

Throughout our journey in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire, Jackson took excellent care of us, ensuring we were always comfortable and that we were having the time of our lives. His knowledge of animals and nature is extraordinary, and he taught us so much—not just about the more well-known animals like lions and elephants, but also about those often overlooked, such as the warthog (Pumba), dik-dik, secretary bird, jackal, kori bustard, and waterbuck.

Jackson didn’t just guide us to see wildlife; he made us appreciate the beauty of nature in all its forms and the emotions it can evoke. His joy and enthusiasm were contagious, and he always reminded us with his motto, “Life is good!”

He also made sure we had wonderful spots to enjoy our picnic lunches every day. One of our favorite memories of Jackson happened in the Serengeti: he asked some other tourists to make space for us so we could sit down for lunch. Jackson went off to eat by himself because there wasn’t enough room, but within five minutes, he came running back to us, incredibly excited, to tell us there was a leopard nearby. This moment perfectly captures Jackson’s enthusiasm and dedication to his work.

We highly recommend Jackson to anyone looking to have an authentic and unforgettable experience in Tanzania.

I highly recommend a safari adventure with Tanzania Tour Guides! Jackson has coordinated two different safari adventures for me and friends. He was very helpful to listen to our interests, find outstanding overnight accommodations, and provide all pricing details. Safari #1 was Ngorongoro / Tarangire, and Safari #2 was Ngorongoro / Ndutu, at different times of the year. Jackson recommended adding the Ndutu adventure to our second safari, as the migration was moving through the area during the time we visited. AMAZING!!! Jackson is personable and provides a delightful and informed experience. He partners with Dickson – safari guide extraordinaire! Dickson has a wealth of knowledge and is an outstanding guide! He located many animals for us and shared so much information. This team together made our safaris enjoyable and memorable! They excel at connecting with their guests and sharing their passion for Tanzania, the culture, the wildlife, and the local habitat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Thanks for an amazing trip Tanzania tour guides! Traveling to Tanzania on safari with a 2 year old made me nervous, especially the thought of not knowing where to get milk for her. Jackson our guide made it super easy for us to find the most incredible resorts to stay at Maramboi luxury tents in Tarangire and Wildlife lodge in central Serengeti, everything has been exceptional, itinerary, customer service, lodging accessibility, flexibility all has been above and beyond our expectations, we had originally tried booking ourselves, but Tanzania tour guides already has connections with a lot of these luxury camps and lodges Working with them just gave us peace of mind that everything was sorted out correctly and we wouldn't have any unexpected surprises. I can not recommend them enough and wish they would plan travel outside Africa I would travel the world with them, our trip was so smooth our guides Jackson and Dickson were so professional and knowledgeable, we were taking care of every step of the way and had time of our lives.

I'm such a planner and like to know what to expect in advance so what I loved is that once we booked through them, we got a package of all the details we needed and more - from names of the camp owners who would meet us (which was comforting to know), to being accessible via whatsapp throughout our trip in case we needed anything, to guides on tipping, to making sure our daughter would have access to whole milk, etc. Literally he thought of everything.

We ended up flying from Arusha airport into Serengeti for more game drive, we met our driver at serengeti airport who went ahead the day before, in Serengeti we stayed at Wildlife Lodge and would wake up to the most incredible views of elephants roaming around and lions roaring! We saw lion kills which were crazy to see literally no more than 10 feet away from us! Also got a chance to visit the local Masai villages which was an incredible and humbling experience, not going to lie, taking the little planes from Arusha to Serengeti scared me, but honestly, it really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
