Participation in the retreat program was a wonderful and refreshing experience for me and my wife. We, as a total beginners, were able to get into the yoga basic thanks to the dedicated and experienced teachers. As well as we could explore the local habits and interesting places around Rishikesh.
Moreover the environment in the Ashram is clean and food delicious.

I was nervous when I reached Tapas yogshala for yoga retreat but thanks to the teachers (shailesh sir ,kuldeep sir and Manish sir ) for keeping me motivated. When I started, I had little clue about the art and now I am filled with abundance of knowledge about yoga. The amenities like sattvic food, classes, living arrangements and exploring the beautiful Rishikesh was truly amazing. I highly recommend aspiring teachers to look into this program as it is quite affordable too for what you get. It exceeds all the expectation you would have in a teacher training program for yoga.Hari om 🙏..

Really amazing retreat courses.

Tapas yogshala is amazing yoga school in rishikesh, unforgetable exprrience rather a short, instensive peroid of life. The enthusiasm of the whole team with which you have taught us. With which you really brought us yoga. When I say yoga I don't mean just asana. But everything else goes with it, the whole attitude towards life the calm yet definite kind with a Lot of love that made me feel limense sense of contentment.
