She laid out a good treatment plan for me. Her assistant and other staff were friendly and helpful. Satisfying visit today.

I had a great experience today. I had a thorough evaluation and didn’t need further treatment. I was not scheduled for or asked to pay for unnecessary procedures.

Coming to the Durham office (245 NC 54) from points west, the Waze GPS app sent me to Duke Health, whose address is 234 Crooked Creek Pkwy--one left turn too soon. Once I got into that maze, Waze sent me in circles. Two minutes after my appt. time, I called THP&ID to say I'd be late. The operator said she would notify the front desk. For first-time patients, there is very limited signage from Highway 54; the brick sign at the entrance has 3 green trees: SOUTHPOINT PROFESSIONAL CENTER: 245, 249, 253 . Despite being late, the front-desk staff was very accommodating and agreed to see me. Dr. Valentine was friendly, clear and professional. Great practice, but getting to the correct building from 54 Eastbound was tricky for a new patient.

When you walk in the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Then when the dental technician takes you back for treatment she is very efficient and knowledgeable and kind. Then the dentist, who is quick and efficient comes in and in a few minutes your treatment is done and you're on your way home. They're good.
